Our guest house is located in a splendid spot right next to the golf academy and the Lehnerwiese cross-country skiing trail. Our guesthouse is conveniently located. Splendid paths lead to the Wildsee lake promenade and to the village centre. In summer, enjoy the proximity to the golf academy. The village centre is a mere 10-minute walk away. This is a very beautiful and tastefully furnished two-room apartment (about 65 m²) with living-room (= bed-sitting room), a bedroom, a bathroom/toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, TV, telephone, radio and big south facing, sunny terrace (45 m²) with free view into nature - in front of the terrace is a large garden – a paradise for children.

Sehr gastfreundliche Familie

Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt bei Familie Riedl. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet genug Platz für 3 Personen. Besonders die große Küche hat uns gefallen. Bis ins Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten, eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit in Seefeld.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is located around a 15 minute walk from Seefeld and is situated in a very beautiful and tranquil location opposite the gold course. It is very well equipped and very quiet. Alexandra welcomed us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. There are some great walks from Seefeld with wonderful views. We also purchased a 72 hour Innsbruck card which we put to good use. We did not get to meet Markus, but he was very helpful with our booking. We would not hesitate to return to this apartment if we return to Seefeld in the future.

Beautiful Location, Perfect Flat

We came with out 1-year-old, and had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was very clean and well-furnished. The family was very kind and accommodating. Minutes away from Seefeld center and even closer to the ski slopes. Our kid had a great time, too!

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen!

Vorab erstmal herzlichen Dank an die sympathischen, freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit einer ganz tollen Terrasse angetroffen. Die absolut ruhige Lage war für uns perfekt. Fußläufig war das Ortszentrum sowie der wunderschön gelegene Wildsee aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wander- und Ausflugstipps unserer Vermieter waren erstklassig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

eine sehr schöne Wohnung

die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet, man vermisst nichts. Vor allem die Küche hat es uns angetan. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einen Urlaub in dieser FW, auf der schönen Terrasse, und in der traumhaften Gegend lohnt wirklich. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Kleine Defizite in phantastischer Lage

Die Angaben im Onlne-Inserat waren insgesamt völlig in Ordnung. Festzustellen bleibt allerdings, daß es sich bei der Wohnung um ein geschickt angelegtes Souterain handelt, das aber total sauber, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt ist. Der Lichteinfall von außen ist teilweise etwas eingeschränkt, der Eingang geht in den Keller runter und die Wände unten am Eingang sind halt offensichtlich etwas feucht. Dazu sollte allerdings erwähnt werden, daß der Ausgang, nach hinten über die Terasse in den tollen Garten hoch, der Ausgleich ist. Von dort gelangt man schon nach wenigen Metern zu einem kleinen Teich, zur Golfakademie und nur ein Stück später zum Wildsee. In der Wohnung selbst haben wir hier und da mal Kleinigkeiten vermißt (Glas, Schüssel) und ein Mini-Fön sollte bei dieser insgesamten Qualität eigentlich auch vorhanden sein. Aber wer alles haben möchte, bleibt am besten daheim? Wir hatten einen großen Hund dabei (Ridgeback) und dafür war es phänomenal. Die Lage insgesamt ist klasse. Total ruhig und doch alles nah. In den Ort kann man gut zu Fuß gehen, ein großer M-Preis (Supermarkt) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie eine Tanke, Wanderwege, Lifte usw. Auch für größere Touren, sportliche Aktivitäten fast jeder Art oder auch für Leute, die nicht ganz so gut zu Fuß sind, ist die Lage hervorragend. Wir meinen, daß man auf jeden Fall die nahe gelegenen Täler (Leutasch Inntal usw.) besuchen sollte. Gerade im Sommer ist die Gastronmie dort doch gemütlicher und uriger als mitten in Seefeld. Aber JEDER sucht sich halt SEINS. Die Vermieter sind richtig gut und nett - total klasse. Sie sind von der Buchung bis zur Abreise immer wieder hilfreich da und man bemerkt sie trotzdem nicht. Die Wohnung ist sicherlich nicht für JEDERMANN zu empfehlen, aber wir würden es wieder tun. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist zwar nicht unbedingt günstig, aber auf jeden Fall angemessen.- War schon gut.
