Beautiful holiday apartment with terrace and magnificent sea views, just 70 metres from Jullouville beach.
This charming terraced house is close to all shops and leisure activities and offers privileged access to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of La Manche (crossing a small road). Here you can live to the rhythm of the tides.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms welcome you, one of which has a French window overlooking the archipelago of the offshore Chausey Islands and Granville. The bright and carefully decorated living room offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Outside, you have a garden and two beautifully equipped terraces that are sunny from morning to evening. Visit the nearby ancient town for shopping or stroll through the gardens of the Christian Dior Museum in Granville.
A short distance away, discover the lush and wild landscape of the Lude Valley, the high cliffs of Carolles-Champeaux and its typical Vauban huts, which offer a unique view of the bay and Mont-Saint-Michel (50 km).
