House, ground floor, cozy, very airy, with beautiful garden and large pool (4x10). Great home for families. Located in one of the most beautiful beaches of the north coast, this house combines the convenience and the excitement of Juquehy with the quiet of a quiet street. The house is fully equipped, airy, cozy and spacious. All facing the garden, was planned to stimulate coexistence but has its hiding places too. The beach is 3 blocks away and the private pool is just steps away on a beautiful lawn.
