The small town of Felanitx with its shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants and bars can be reached in 15 minutes by car, the coast with its fine sandy beaches in 30 minutes.

The property is intended for families and quiet groups as it is located in a residential area.
Groups of young people are not allowed and parties and events are strictly forbidden.
