The holiday home consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The private outdoor area boasts a garden with an open and covered terrace area and a barbecue for cooking and enjoying your own meals in the open with a glass of wine. The closest sandy beach with a beach bar, La Cinta, is 1.2 km (15 minutes on foot) away, while the marina is very close to the apartment, a mere 5-minute walk (400 m). The airport of Olbia is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) north of San Teodoro, 5 km south of Olbia’s center.
