Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It was clean and it had all the starter packs for the weekend. The linens and towels were all very clean. Customer service was prompt to respond with some minor maintenance issues. I wish they had pictures of the outside. I was disappointed that the cabin did not have an open view. It was woods all around. The rain shower was nice although I would have used lighter colored tiles. It was very musty and dark. The shower needed a long time to reach the desired temperature whether hot or cold. Otherwise, everything was good and we had fun!

There was still a towel in that bathtub, it was there when we arranged. We did have an issue with the bigger size of black ants, I got a couple bites. That was in the bathroom and bedroom. Did report that along with the plumbing. Overall we still had a great time.
