Amazing stay @ Bear Cub Lodge

We had an issue with the front door lock and called Elk Springs and they responded quickly and resolved the problem. The kids loved the games and the adults loved the outside area. Reviewer Comments: The cabin stay was very relaxing but the cabin floors were nasty, some of the pull out couches were nasty under them like nobody sweeps and there was food in the beds and I reached out to them and all they would say is it had been cleaned prior then stated in a separate email it wasn’t reachable because of road conditions. The microwave was busted and the bottom part of the refrigerator was falling off.

Elks Springs staff was great by calling us almost immediately after we booked online to give us all of the details on checking in. The cabin wasn’t ready right away (but for being a last minute booking I feel that expected and didn’t end up being an inconvenience for us). Once we arrived we felt the cabin was perfect for our large family! We were able to spread out and relax! The kids enjoyed the game room and theater system! We ran into a personal issue causing us to not be able to check out on time and Elks Springs was fantastic about extending our check out time for us. Overall we had a an excellent stay here!!!

Great Stay! Would Recommend!

As soon as my dad sat in it, the legs fell off and he fell on the deck. The maintenance guy was great though, he came over right away and grabbed the chair and checked all of the other ones too! My kids especially loved the movie times we had using the 9ft projection screen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful cabin! Very spacious and clean with porches all around. The hot tub was great! It was a little drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but not too bad. The communication was fantastic with the rental agent! We needed extra towels, called and they delivered them quickly! The only bad thing I could say is there was no bathroom on the main floor so you needed to go upstairs or downstairs. Other than that , it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this cabin and company 😄

Reviewer Comments: ProsBeautiful cabin, location was great it was relatively clean.Con's Pool table was not balanced, the arcade joystick was broke, items listed in pictures were not in cabin. The dishwasher was subpar at best and the stove did not have a bottom burner. I would rent from the resort again, but not this particular cabin.
