Very quiet airconditioned villa at a short walking distance from the beach (550 meters) and the pleasant village of San Peire (700 meters). The villa was completely modernized in 2019 and newly furnished. There are spacious, partly covered terraces, 6 airconditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The villa has 2 swimming pools that can be heated, 1 inside and 1 outside, but one can only have 1 heated at once, both at the same time is not possible. The indoor swimming pool of 3 x 4 meters has a counter-current installation, so that you can continue to swim! The outdoor swimming pool has a size of 9 x 4 meters, and is equipped with an electric roller shutter to close it. The villa is very comfortable and stylishly furnished, has first-class Auping beds, and is equipped with all conveniences, such as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. In the garden you have access to a BBQ and you can enjoy beautiful sea views over the bay of Saint-Tropez, which can be reached by ferry from the port of San Peire, within walking distance of the villa. Pool heating is part of the comfort package, which includes the pool heating as well as airconditioning usage for €240 per week.

Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
