Cottage "Ferienhaus Carin" with Wi-Fi, Garden and Close to the Shore

The Carin holiday home is located in the heart of the village of Utting am Ammersee, just a few metres from the lakeshore. The finca has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each and all facing north), a bathroom and 2 guest toilets. It therefore offers space for 8 people and WLAN is also included. There is also a room with a large collection of games and an outdoor table tennis table for younger guests.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning on the small terrace on the street side, which is equipped with garden furniture.
The spacious garden is beautifully decorated with colourful flowers and is perfect for dreamy, relaxing days in this tranquil area of Upper Bavaria. Enjoy delicious meals in the garden while listening to the soothing murmur of the Mühlbach stream in the background. The centre of Utting with a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 170 m or a 2-minute walk away. The beach with a managed area is just a short walk away (550 m or 7 minutes on foot) - here you can refresh yourself on hot days and spend a relaxing holiday! In addition, the train station is only 300 metres away, making the accommodation perfectly located for exploring various places, lakes and sights in the area.
Car parking is available on the premises, as are charging stations for electric cars.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A high chair for children is available.
Dogs are not allowed. It is possible to hire bikes on site from the host at a reasonable price.

Please note that least one person, if there are several guests, needs a private liability insurance.
Please note that the outdoor grill must be cleaned and left clean after every usage since this is not included in the cleaning fees. In case the grill does not get properly cleaned, the host will deduct an extra fee from the deposit.
