In the well-kept outdoor area, a lovingly landscaped fenced garden and a covered, furnished terrace await you - the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with the whole family! Thanks to the central location of the house, the picturesque harbour, numerous restaurants and bars as well as various shopping facilities are within walking distance. The nearest beach, Spiaggia La Fencia is only 750 m or 10 minutes’ walk away.
