In Denia you will find an interesting beach and nightlife and many leisure and shopping opportunities. From the port of Denia you can take the ferry to Mallorca and Ibiza. The cozy, central living room with its romantic fireplace welcomes you in a pleasant atmosphere. From here you can reach the stylish dining room with adjoining American kitchen, the bedrooms and the loggias with a fascinating view of the sea. All rooms can be pleasantly air-conditioned at any time of the year - with modern, economical inverter air conditioning systems - cold or warm. In winter they also serve as heating. For cooler days or long evenings, the fireplace in the living room is often used, with its automatic burner cartridge, the operation is very easy. All bedroom windows are equipped with shutters. Insulating glazing and solid wood doors in every room complete the comfortable equipment perfectly.

From the living area you enter the very private pool terrace with outdoor shower, barbecue and shade veranda.
