The villa is situated 4km from the picturesque town Chania and 2km from the most beautiful beaches. It is in a quiet village with a bus connection, restaurant and shop.

The balcony affords a wonderful view over the sea and the surroundings. A car is recommended. There is a pool with loungers and sitting areas in the interior courtyard under olive trees, with an outdoor shower, a grill, parasols and roofed seating.

The villa is for 7 people. It comprises four bedrooms and a living room on two floors. The large living and dining room can seat 11 people (4 further people can be accommodated in other rooms on request). It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. A washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave are available, along with games and books on request. A highchair can be provided for the table. There are two bathrooms.

You can visit the picturesque old town and harbour of Chania (4km) and many surrounding places to swim. It is 1-2km to large supermarkets and 4km to a water fun park. There are archaeological sites throughout Crete. The west of Crete has many hiking and climbing possibilities. There are beautiful and wild gorges, the famous Samaria gorge, the most beautiful gorge in Europe for 7 years. You can enjoy minigolf, bowling, water sports nearby.
