This quietly located holiday apartment for five people is in the old town centre of Monopoli, about 100 metres from the beach. If you want to enjoy the beautiful sea that characterizes this stretch of coast, the excellent Apulian food and nightlife offered by the city and in particular by the famous coastal bars, this holiday home is the right choice.

The living space is spread across three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen also has a dining corner and a TV. On the first floor there are a bedroom (without a door) with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor has a bedroom (no door) with a double bed and a single bedroom. The floors are connected by internal stairs. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century, so that the steps are somewhat higher than usual.

On the third floor there is a terrace, with a table, chairs and a barbecue.

There are shops about 50 metres from the holiday apartment.

Monopoli is a beautiful seaside town known not only for its beaches and crystal clear waters, but also for its baroque churches. In the alleys of the old town there are also many cultural offers (concerts, festivals, exhibitions). In addition, the location makes it possible to visit various historical and cultural sites such as: Polignano a Mare (8 km), Alberobello (25 km), Castellana Grotte (15 km), Ostuni (40 km).

There are shops about 50 metres from the holiday apartment. Only a few steps away from the house (about 100 meters) you will find the beautiful beach of "Portavecchia" with its clear sea.
