Holiday apartments in a villa on the outskirts of the popular travel destination of Rovinj, on the coast of the Istrian peninsula
The holiday apartments are in a private villa in a quiet residential area in the northern part of the town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The area features a lovely green landscape.
The elegant villa, which was completed in 1985, was renovated in 2015. It consists of five comfortable holiday apartments, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available in the garden and in the apartments.
The site all around the house is enclosed. Behind the villa there is a shared garden with a generous lawn and planted with some fruit trees. A brick-built grill is available. There is a practical stone sink in the orchard. There are two parking areas in front of the house for up to seven cars.
The sea is just 100 metres away. The centre of town is within easy access 2000 metres away along the beach promenade. Within 1000 metres you can find grocery shops, restaurants and other shops.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. The spacious living room-kitchen is functionally equipped and comfortably furnished. The modern kitchen unit provides a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee machine. A sofa bed for two people, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs are also provided. The bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room-kitchen, but the apartment is pleasantly fresh even without it, due to the high-quality building structure. All the rooms have radiators.
The kitchen opens onto a veranda with a view of the sea. It is furnished with a table and chairs, so you can enjoy meals here and spend leisurely summer evenings with a glass of wine.
