The comfortable 60 m2 apartment is located in a listed 1920's building. It is located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator and accommodates up to six people. It was fully renovated in October 2013. The house is located in the Eixample neighbourhood, an elegant, easily accessible neighbourhood of Barcelona.

Upon request, we can reserve a parking spot in the garage on the property. Pets are permitted upon request.

The apartment offers two bedrooms each with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, heating and air conditioning.
