The rental price also includes the final cleaning, electricity and water costs and Internet access. Children up to and including three years of age stay free of charge.

It is only about 100 metres to the centre of the locality with shops, a doctor, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a bus stop/taxi bus. For motorsport fans: the Nürburgring racetrack is only 30 km away.
