Nestled in the beautifully established community of Lake Pagosa Park, just a stones throw from the lake. This 1695 sq/ft condo-home is perfect for families, couples or small groups. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a sunroom and vaulted ceilings with skylights throughout the unit. The main floor includes two private guest rooms with a shared bathroom, cozy living room with wood stove, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room and laundry nook. The upstairs loft includes the King Master suite, bathroom, sitting area and a separate sun room to enjoy the lake views and relax.
Your home away from home features a large 46' flat screen TV, blue ray player, cable, Wi-fi, Wii game console with games and sound system with blue tooth capabilities. Everything in the unit is brand new, 1600 thread count sheets, down duvets, turkish towels, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, new furniture, dishes, carpet and even the paint!
From your condo you can walk or drive to the lake access or dock to the fully stocked lake to toss in a line, enjoy a nice walk through the neighborhood and lake area or head off for a hike.
The 27-hole Championship Golf Course is in the center of Pagosa Lakes for your enjoyment so bring your clubs. A short drive brings you to the famous Wolf Creek Ski Area which offers a world class skiing experience for all levels and is famous for receiving the greatest amount of annual snowfall of any area in Colorado.
In Pagosa Springs you will find shopping, dozens of restaurants, taverns and major grocery store along with many specialty shops, antique stores and hardware store. The Pagosa Springs medical centre is also close and conveniently located.
The historic section of Downtown Pagosa Springs features the Pagosa Hot Springs, boasting the deepest and largest natural hot springs in the world. They are located along the San Juan River providing a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience after a hard day of skiing or outdoor adventure.

Wonderful ski stay!

Great place. Beautiful neighborhood, especially partially frozen, snow-covered lake. Convenient to grocery, commerce. 3-5 minutes away from touristy part of Pagosa Springs, so convenient but peaceful. Easy access to Wolfcreek Ski Resort.We loved the condo. Pleasant, comfortable, clean, nicely equipped. I would clarify that one can view the lake from the sunroom only if very close to the windows.We will look to stay there again next year for sure!

Pagosa Getaway

This is a great place to stay, and a good location. It's off Piedra Road which is a good middle point between old town Pagosa and Fairfield - no matter where you want to go, it isn't too far. There is a good kitchen if you're inclined to cook (we cooked all of our meals there). The beds are comfy. All in all, its a great place to stay.

Great location steroids away from the lake

We were here for a ski trip, had a great time, the condo accommodated 7 of us with plenty of room. Shopping was just our of walking distance, but a very short drive to just about everything.

Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely furnished, and you are only 5-7 minutes from several restaurants. Great location! Priced right, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for my family!

We are from Houston, Texas. Our family was living in Tokyo Japan for 3 years and we decided to buy the condo to have a place to stay during vacation and summers. We currently are living in Qatar on a work assignment and enjoying the condo even more every summer. We love Pagosa Springs as our vacation home and plan to start many traditions with our family. We are excited to share our home with our guests so other people can enjoy beautiful Colorado and have a relaxing vacation with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is new to us but we fell in love with Pagosa Springs after visiting while my parents lived here for 6 years. We chose this home because of it's nice size, layout and wood features and great location near the lake. My favourite place in the house is the spacious sunroom where I can sit with a good book or just look at the lake and any wildlife that happen to walk into the area.

What makes this property unique

It's a great space for families, couples or small groups. It has great vaulted ceilings, skylights and all new everything right down to the carpet and paint. Our location is close to everything yet feels secluded and quiet near the lake. Come and enjoy what Pagosa Springs has to offer and have the vacation of a lifetime.
