This exclusive holiday villa is nestled into the hilly landscape above the long beach and the romantic harbour at Podstrana, along the blue Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia. You can spend a relaxing holiday here in idyllic surroundings and with ample privacy.Enclosed, recently newly built (2010) holiday villa with a panoramic sea view from the private pool that can be illuminated at night, with an outdoor shower and an in-house fitness and games room with a pool table. Attention: the pool is available only from 15.06.-15.09.

The bedroom on the top floor has access to a large sunny balcony, affording a breathtaking panoramic view over the hilly landscape as far as the sea. Down in the outside area you can make yourselves comfortable on one of the sun loungers around the private pool and enjoy the same sea view from there. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can swim a few rounds under a starry sky. Active holiday-makers can make use of the fitness equipment on the extensive terrace (fitness bike, press bench, dumbbells and weights, and even a kickboxing sandbag). After that you can all meet up for a leisurely grill evening to restore your energy. A car is recommended during your stay and you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of your holiday villa.

The three-storey holiday villa was newly built in 2010 and was renovated again in 2012. It is modern and generously equipped for a comfortable stay. The living space of 95m² comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms, a very modern daylight bathroom and a fitness and games room. The living room on the ground floor has air conditioning (cool/warm) and a large corner sofa suite, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and a cast-iron fireplace stove for cosy warmth on cooler evenings. There is also a safe for storing your valuables. The dining corner with a table and four chairs is separated from the living room by a half-height wall. Right next to it there is the wood-coloured built-in kitchen with the latest appliances: dishwasher, four-zone gas hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Wide stone stairs lead to the upper floors with the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the games room. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), one with a smaller double bed (160 x 200cm) and the third with a single bed (90 x 200cm). The bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet. The pool table in the games room is fun for children and adults alike. A washing machine and a highchair are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

Your villa is about 650 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is also about 600 metres into the centre of Podstrana with all everyday amenities: shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The Mediterranean metropolis of Split about 7km away with its famous Diocletian Palace is definitely worth a day trip.
