This house is right by the edge of the forest, about 150 metres from property no. 473381, with a view over the lake.
The site spans around 2000m². There is a sauna in an annex. Use of a rowing boat is included and a motor, electric or petrol, can be hired in addition.
The comfortably furnished wooden house of around 60m² was completed in 1998. The house has a living room with a kitchen unit, two bedrooms, a gallery with three beds (especially suitable as a children’s room) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen unit has a stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and microwave.
The lake has a wealth of fish, including plenty of pike, bass and eel, as well as char, cisco and tench. You can purchase a fishing permit.
