Great place

Would definitely recommend this location. My parents enjoyed their stay very much. This apt is within a great gated community which was a big plus. The host is excellent very responsive and attentive.

Nice, clean and well-maintained condo

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Ventura Club, Orlando! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, making the entire experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

Nice Condo in a gated community. Very clean and nice upgrades. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Also a very nice golf course you can access at a discounted rate.

Wonderful Condo in Orlando Ventura

What a wonderful stay in Orlando! The condo of Mr. Dorwarth was very beautiful. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a specious livingroom, a kitchen and a dining room as well as a porch. We had everything we needed and the owner was always very helpful when we had questions. We would like to give him and his property more then 5 points. We can recomend this location who is looking for a condo in Orlando.

Great get away for snowbirds

Very clean on arrival, gated community, pond, swimming pool, clubhouse and golf. Close to grocery store, restaurants, fast food, Disney and the airport. Renting from owner now for 4-5 years. He is always available to solve any problems!

Wonderful Wow!!

Property was of the highest standard really clean l have been coming to Florida for over 20years this is one of the best places we have stayed in for cleanliness everything was made available to us the pool and hot tub were close by and quite clean.On day three we met the owner Jan who was very helpful giving us a few tips on where and directions to various areas of interest he was easily contactable.Thank you Jan for a wonderful stay would come back again when visiting Florida.

Amazing Property!

Comfortable Health Healing Retreat

Our family used this vacation condo as a health healing retreat, and it was great! The condo was super clean with modern upgrades in the baths and kitchen. The community was safe and quiet, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. This is a relaxing get-away for adults and children.

Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. I had every necessity at bay. Very well maintained bathrooms and a cosy/spacious bedroom. Perfect vacation place

Jan's VRBO was perfect for our needs. We were impressed with the 24/7 security and controlled access services of Ventura Country Club, property and surroundings cleanliness, and Jan's excellent service and care. in addition to being located close to the Orlando Airport, the property is in close proximity to Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and Attractions, making it extremely convenient and comfortable . Wonderful Experience

Beautifully kept condo on Ventura Country Club near Orlando International Airport. Easy access to East and West coast & all of central Florida's attractions. Jan (the owner) keeps the condo beautifully & is a great to work with & any contact recieves a prompt reply. If not already taken - we will try to book with Jan again on our next visit.

Home away from home

From the moment we inquired about this lovely property, we were impressed with the ease and accuracy. My husband and I stayed at Jan's property for 2 weeks over the holiday. The property was very clean, he was very responsive to any communication. Location close to Lee Vista (lots of restaurants, etc) as well as I-4 and the toll roads. It was a good fit for the 2 of us. Thanks for everything Jan!

the condo was exactly as we expected, spacious, tidy and clean. the facilities were great, it really had everything you could imagine, it even had chairs,picnic table, parasol and cool boxes for beach days. the location is in a housing suburb mostly occupied by residents with a few rental properties so always really quiet and any locals we met were all very friendly. the pool is literally a 1 minute walk away, it is a decent size with a great jacuzzi, on site toilet facilities so no running back to condo, it has ample sun loungers, tables and chairs Jan, the host was terrific, communication right from the outset was excellent, we even took time to meet up during our stay were he offered us some great tips for places to visit/eat if your looking for accommodation away from the touristy hussle i couldn’t recommend here enough, fantastic facility with great amenities and the most friendly hospitable host. was a pleasure to stay with and meet Jan. hopefully we will return to Orlando 2026 and will definitely be making this our home for our stay.

Great clean property with amazing location!

Absolutely loved the condo! Decor was so perfect, everything we needed was provided. Owner was on point with contacting us and info for us. Location was perfect for our beach time and Disney/Universal days. Very convenient location for any shopping we required. Only thing I would have liked would have been the ability to turn the thermostat down to at least 74. 76 was too warm for us. We Did like that there was a fan and ceiling fan in each room for us to use. Pools on property were very nice as well!

Special vacation

We were vary happy by the choice of this property, everything was superb, not a small detail was overloked. Our host, Jan was very nice and easily available for any questions. Kitchen was very well equipped and all was a good quality. Anyone traveling with children woud be surprised to find everything needed, small set of table and chairs, small colorful dishes, beach chairs and even umbrellas in case of rain. 3 beautiful pools are great addition to some relaxing days in the condo. We also liked a nice restaurant on premises, delicious food and great service. We loved everything about this home away from our home in Florida. Thank you l, Jan!

Wow, what a gem

Are you considering a VRBO in Orlando ? Let me tell you about our experiences. We have stayed in t VENTURA Country Club three times. It is a 10 minute drive north of the international airport, and only about a 30 minute drive to the major Orlando attractions It is a gated, moated very quiet complex of condos and private houses. We loved the security and the quiet, zen like atmosphere. There are lots of units, but it is divided into several neighbourhoods, each with its own pool and character. There is a quality, updated golf course, and a great clubhouse with its own massive pool as well as a restaurant, bar , gym and library. Happy hour in the clubhouse is fun, welcoming and inexpensive. Many of the units available for rent are older, and ok, we have stayed in two of them. This third year we found a fantastic unit. It is on the ground floor, in the quiet Southpointe neighbourhood, and is beautifully renovated. It features granite counters, tile floors, leather furniture, a genuine KING bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom, three TV’s; as well as air conditioning , a nice ‘Florida’ room and a fully and completely equipped kitchen. It is VRBO # 504312, owned by Jan Dorwath; who is a thoughtful and considerate host. The place is spotless everywhere. Even though it is only ten minutes from the airport, in our three weeks we only heard an airplane once or twice.; and that was when we were outside. Great place!

Jan’s place was absolutely perfect for what our family needed as we relocated to Florida. We were at his condo for a month while our belongings made its way down from IL and his condo had everything we needed. We had nothing to worry about. His condo was also very family friendly with many kid friendly items we used such as utensils and chairs. We had a pool nearby and the place itself is located within a private community which was great. It was a bit way off from our kids’ school and Summer programs, so there was bit of a commute because of that, but other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend it. Exceptionally Clean, Well Appointed Condo

We've stayed in a number of VRBO properties and this unit was exceptionally clean. It's decorated in modern design and is well appointed with a full set of kitchen supplies and other household items to make your stay more comfortable such as extra blankets and pillows, portable fans, foldable luggage racks, portable coolers, for day trips, and pool toys for the kids. The owner posts signs throughout the condo to help explain how the appliances work along with the house rules making it easy to familiarize yourself with the property. Even the remotes for the ceiling fans are labeled so you don't mix them up. Don't let the low price scare you. I had the same concern and can unequivocally say we were very pleased with our stay.
