The rustic holiday house is in the midst of the old town of Medulin. The nearest beach is not far away and is within walking distance.

The inviting terrace on the first floor has a grill, a table and benches. Mediterranean herbs such as lavender, sage and rosemary grow in pots and tubs and exude a wonderful fragrance. The little interior courtyard with its prettily decorated fountain serves as a way up to the upper parts of the house. The house has a little garage, which is suitable for cars up to a length of 4.5 metres. Larger cars can be parked on a private parking space 50 metres away.

The renovated stone house, which was built before 1890, consists of three floors, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living rooms. The ground floor has the first bedroom (Wengé room) with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a cot. Next to it there is a bathroom with a shower. A corridor leads to the picturesque little interior courtyard with a fountain. From here, stone stairs lead to the terrace on the first floor, which provides access to the second bedroom (Vecchia room). It has a double bed (140 x 200cm) and antique furniture. The first floor also has a big bathroom with a bath and a spacious living room-kitchen with a dining table and a TV. The kitchen unit provides everything you need for cooking and also has a dishwasher. The big sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if required (150 x 200cm). Stairs lead up to the attic with two further rooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first room is a living room. A sofa, which can be folded out as a bed (130 x 200cm) invites you to relax. It also has a desk, a sideboard with a sink, a kettle and a safe for valuables. Next to it there is the third bedroom (Cherry room) with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a four-door wardrobe and bedside tables. From here you can enjoy a lovely view as far as the sea. In total there are six beds, two sofa beds and a cot. An additional armchair bed can be booked for a further child. The attic has air conditioning, which also cools the living room-kitchen on the first floor when the doors are closed. The Wengé room on the ground floor has a fan to ensure a pleasant temperature.

As the holiday house is in the centre, shops are just a stone’s throw away. Within 50 metres you can find a bakery, an icecream shop and a café, and it is 300-400 metres to the nearest grocery shop. The nearest beach is about 700 metres away.
