In the garden you will also find a cozy guest house with a living area and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. A French bed awaits you in the sleeping area. A small shower room completes the offer.

Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer all travelers enough space and places to retreat. Two mobile toddler beds, four bathrooms, living/dining room, large kitchen, pantry/laundry room, dressing room and private parking spaces await you. The 45m² kitchen is a paradise for amateur cooks. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, there is also a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spices, refrigerator, hob and a toaster. The dining table for eight people invites everyone to eat together and socialize. The large living room with two seating areas and a large 75-inch flat-screen TV also offers plenty of space on approximately 70m².
The master bathroom has a large corner bathtub. A separate guest bathroom also has a shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room. Internet access and an ironing board and iron complete the offer.
The villa is very quiet and yet the most important destinations can be reached quickly. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, amusement parks, etc. can be reached within ten to 30 minutes.
There are no stairs in the villa, so it is also suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that pets are only allowed in individual cases and by prior arrangement.
