*The Royal Palms Condominium Association has made some changes to the Guest Registration Certificates for parking at Royal Palms.
-Starting January 1st, 2021 parking passes will be $50 each excluding the following:
-Music Festival parking passes are $150 each
-Spring break parking passes will be $60 each (March 1st-April 15th) and
-Shrimp Festival parking passes will remain at $40 each.
-Long Term Rental parking passes (28 days and longer) will be as follows: $50 for each month Oct-Feb
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
