The maisonette is on the second floor of a holiday residence and has 76m² of living space. Next to the attic, which provides a bedroom with a double bed, you also have access to a private balcony. There are a total of three bedrooms with a bathroom and an open living, cooking and dining area. On the lower floor there are two of the three bedrooms, of which one has a double bed and the other has two single beds next to each other. On this floor there is also the open kitchen unit, which is in the hallway and is equipped with a gas stove, an oven and a fridge. The apartment also has air conditioning and satellite TV, which includes German channels. The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. A supplementary bed is available for a seventh person.

This holiday apartment is in a quiet and newer district of Novalja, very close to public beaches. The little town is on the Adriatic in Croatia on the island of Pag.

Owing to the excellent location, it is just 50 metres to the beach, which is especially recommended for a holiday with children, as the sea is flatly shelved for 20 metres. It is a fifteen-minute stroll along the beach to the town centre. There is a bus stop just 60 metres away, with hourly connections to Zrce. There is a supermarket a two-minute walk away and there are larger supermarkets in the town centre.

The balcony is furnished with a table and six chairs and is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors. It also offers a view of the green treetops and the sea. A private parking space is reserved for you and a second one can be provided on request.
