This house is by the Rossö in north Bohuslän, an island with a little bridge to the mainland and 20km to the south of Strömstad and 50km from the Norwegian border.
There is wooden decking around the house with a terrace and a grill.
The house was newly built in 2012 and can accommodate up to six people within 110m² of living space. The ground floor has a large tiled bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate WC on the upper floor. There is a Poggenpohl kitchen (not new but in a good condition) with a dishwasher, a Miele fridge and freezer etc. The kitchen is integrated into the open and light living room, which also provides a dining table with chairs, a sofa with two armchairs, a 42” satellite TV and an electric fireplace with a glass door. There are three bedrooms in total. Two are on the upper floor (each with two single beds), the other (with a double bed) is on the ground floor.
The house is about 50 metres from the sea with sandy beaches and cliffs. The island has a little summer restaurant with simple but good cuisine (also music on Fridays) and a village shop. The island borders the Koster Marine National Park and is part of impressive skerries.
The non-smoking house is heated with a heat pump.
