Schöne Urlaubswoche, gerne wieder

Aufenthalt war schön, wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Fahrradausleihe war unkompliziert und preiswert, wir haben sie gut nutzen können. Die Baustelle nebenan hat glücklicherweise geruht. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Treppe in den Schlafraum ist etwas schmal und vielleicht für ältere oder übergewichtige Gäste ungeeignet. Schöne sonnige Terrasse, wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Schade

Bei Ankunft sehr enttäuscht über Großbaustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Auf dieser Baustelle liefen rund um die Uhr Pumpen, was besonders nachts sehr störend war. Die abgebildete Außenansicht des Objektes bezüglich der Begrünung falsch. Die Bäume gibt es nicht mehr, statt dessen die Baustelle. Die Saubenkeit im Objekt war im Badezimmer mangelhaft und die Wohnung voller Spinnweben. Nachdem wir dies beim Hausmeisterdienst gemeldet haben, wurde an den ersten beiden Tagen nachgereinigt. Der Vermieter wurde per Mail mit Bildern benachrichtigt, es gab keine Antwort vom Vermieter auf diese Mail. Die Treppe in die obere Etage ist natürlich auf den Bildern der Wohnung zu sehen. Wie eng diese Treppe ist und wie schlecht begehbar kann man durch die Bilder nicht beurteilen. Fazit ist, diese Unterkunft würden wir nicht wieder buchen. Leider!!!

Hervorragende Lage - gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Fewo!

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung! Haben sie zu dritt genutzt. Super gelegen - ruhige Seitenstraße. Alles prima zu Fuß zu erreichen, ob Strand, Einkaufsspassage oder Restaurants. Wetter hat mitgespielt, sodass wir auch die Terrasse nutzen konnten. Kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage, kleine schöne Fewo

Kleine schöne Fewo in zentraler Lage. Die Terasse und die Gartenfläche ist super. Dort kann man wunderbar den Tag ausklingen lassen. Fazit, gern mal wieder irgendwann :-)

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin, aber ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Zum Strand und shoppen alles in kurzen Wegen.

Klein und zentral

Die FeWo ist extrem klein (ich glaube weniger als 45 qm bei korrekter Berechnung), aber sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist minimal, was eventuell mit dem Hausmeisterdienst zu tun hat. Aber die Lage ist hervorragend: ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Innenstadt (leider hatten wir eine Baustelle nebenan, aber die wird ja nicht ewig bleiben).

Start mit Hindernissen

Als wir zur festgelegten Zeit am Vermietungsbüro in Zingst angekommen waren, war dieses nicht mehr geöffnet, obwohl wir genau zwischen 16 und 18:00 Uhr dort waren. Bei der ausgehängten Handynummer fehlte die letzte Ziffer. Auch bei unserer Abreise war das Vermietungsbüro wiederum nicht besetzt, Schlüssel haben wir dann beim Fahrradverleih abgeben können. Dies kostete uns leider unnötig viel Zeit und Nerven. Die Wendeltreppe in das Obergeschoss ist sehr, sehr schmal und man kommt kaum hinauf, geschweige denn mit Gepäck. Ansonsten hat es uns in Zingst sehr gut gefallen, die Ferienwohnung hatte eine sehr schöne Lage unweit des Zentrums von Zingst.

Ostsee - Urlaub in Zingst im Haus ZENO

Es ist eine kleine gemütliche Urlaubswohnung. Ganz besonders hat mir die Terrasse mit der tollen schattenspendenden Hecke gefallen. Alles wie von der Famile Szillat beschrieben!

Zingst im Herbst

Wir haben uns kurzentschlossen für das Haus Zeno II entschieden und diese Entscheidung nicht bereut. Es waren schöne Tage mit Sonne ,Sturm und Regen. Ein gutes Gefühl nach solchen Ausflügen in eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Die FW Zeno II ist zwar klein, aber dabei funktional und gemütlich. Wir sind zu dritt gut klar gekommen. Für zwei Personen ist es sehr gut und wenn die Sonne scheint mit der ruhigen Süd-Terasse sogar perfekt.
