nicht noch einmal

in diese Wohnung, das Trepppenhaus sieht aus in in der Serie Babylon Berlin. Die Nasszelle iklusive WC ist zur restlichen Wohnung hin offen. Der Geruch kann dann schon mal in der Wohnung ankommen. Schimmel vor und in der Dusche! Der Backofen war am Griff total voller Fett. Sonst war es schon sauber. Heizung kann man nur Zentral steuern, also alles warm oder alles kalt, mann hat uns gesagt die Heizkörper nicht zuzudrehen. Mit WD40 Öl die Kleberreste an Fenster und Möbel entfernen würde aber sicher nicht schaden.

Immer gerne wieder

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut , alles da was man für ein kurz Urlaub benötigt. Die Tage in Wien waren echt sehr heiß und das war das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat weil es in der Wohnung echt brutal warm war. Vielleicht sollte man mal über eine Klimaanlage nachdenken. Sonst sehr schön an der Donau gelegen und alle Richtungen in kurzer Zeit über die S-Bahn erreichbar. Einkaufen ist auch alles in der Nähe . Wir sagen Danke und würden wieder kommen und können diese Adresse weite empfehlen. Danke

Für den Preis das Richtige bekommen

Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Öffis gleich um die Ecke. Wien ist gut vernetzt. Man braucht das Auto nicht. Ansprechpartner wohnt im Haus und ist immer vor Ort. 5 Minuten bis zur Donau und zum Prater, 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum,

Mit kleinen Abstrichen sehr zufrieden.

Die Toilette ist nur mit einer Trennwand vom Rest der Wohnung abgeschieden. Sonst alles zur Zufriedenheit
