Filthy unsafe and horrible communication
The property manager does not want you to communicate through the Vrbo app, they want you to download theirs and then it takes 48 to 60 hours for them to get back to you. The door was locked when we came in however, there was a person in the condo, he spoke little English, which is fine. He was waiting for his boss to come and fix a broken pipe. The employees were very nice however they mopped the wet floor up with the beach towels that we were supposed to use at the pool. They placed them on the balcony to dry and they left the balcony door wide open when they left. When trying to reach the property manager, it took her 48 hours to answer our concerns. The master bedroom sliding glass door use a broomstick to secure and lock it. The screen doors would sometimes open and sometimes not open and if you got them open, they came off the track. There was no safe to lock our passports up. The light switch for the kitchen light was cracked, and if you pushed it, it would give you a small shock. The furniture was greasy and dirty in the kitchen and the living room. The stains on the couch and the chairs were absolutely disgusting. The walls were dirty around every light switch and around every corner, where the steps were. The grout in the shower was dirty. I called and left an email and left a text to have it cleaned And it was 36 hours before someone got there. We questioned even if the sheets were clean on the bed as when we pulled them back there were hairs on them.
