Erfahrung die man teilen muss

Leider habe ich mehr Kritikpunkte als positives. Ich kann nicht verstehen, dass viele Gäste die in dem Appartement waren, vieles nicht aufgefallen ist, beanstandet haben, wohnen sie im Alltag schlechter, als sie es dort vorgefunden haben?!?!?!?? Der rustikale Boden ist unempfindlich, wenn etwas nicht so sauber gehalten wurde. Teils etwas sandig, im Bad wurde „versehentlich“ mit einem weißen Handtuch etwas nasses auf dem Boden aufgewischt… Resultat…dreckig. Spinnwebe neben der Terrassentür, klebrige Griffe der Küchenschränke. Nachtischlampen fehlten und die Stehlampe keinerlei Funktion war zu verschmerzen, da das Licht im Dunkeln draußen ausreichend war. Die Matratzen und Kopfkissen hatten sicherlich ihre hygienisch empfohlenen 5 Jahre Austausch um ihr mehrfaches überschritten. Matratze durchgelegen, schnell war man in der Kuhle der vielen anderen Gäste. Biegung der Matratze wie eine Banane. Kopfkissen, das diesen Namen schon länger nicht mehr bezeichnet werden dürfte, ausgelutscht, fertig mit der Welt. Geräuschkulisse groß, leider auch teils bis in die frühen Morgenstunden 2 – 3 Uhr. Das Vermietungsbüro vor Ort, ist freundlich unflexibel und arbeitet streng nach Vorgaben. Die Bitte den Autostellplatz (wegen der Behinderung) zu tauschen, war nicht zu realisieren. Das nennt man Kundenservice, zu versuchen einem Gästewunsch zu erfüllen. Kritikpunkte persönlich vorzutragen kann man sich die Zeit sparen, da man aus Erfahrung bereits weiß, nichts zu bewirken.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Gute Lage, sehr geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schönes großes Badezimmer. Leider nur kurz vormittags Sonne auf dem Balkon.

Zentrales Urlaubsdomizil

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für ein paar schöne Ferientage braucht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Urlaub in Duhnen....

Die Wohnung bietet alles was benötigt wird, leider ist die Lage sehr ungünstig. Gegen Abend bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, so daß man nicht schlafen kann. Ein kleiner Trost ist der seitliche Blick aufs Wasser. WLAN und TV Ausfall wurde recht schnell behoben.

Tolles Apartment, aber leider laute Umgebung

Super tolles Apartment, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist üppig, nicht nur 3 Gläser und 3 Tassen. Leider bis spätabends und auch in der Nacht Lärm durch Taxis und Gästen aus Björns Keller
