Finca El Poleo with pool and sea view

Wonderful Finca with stunning views of Mount Teide for rent in its entirety for private use only. From the elevated pool and solarium area you can even enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic. The more than 1,000 m2 plot of land consists of large terraces with a barbecue area and a large garden with grass and tropical flowers in bloom throughout the year. Access is through a small street with low traffic, so tranquility is absolute. The access to the two completely separated houses is from the parking area and the huge terrace with a recreation area and barbecue. They are connected via a door on the terrace, making it ideal to share with friends or two families with children, allowing moments of privacy, both inside the houses and in the two large outdoor areas. Both houses retain the old rustic Canarian architecture with decades-old high wooden ceilings and are comfortably equipped. The first house has a living room with a separate kitchen, two completely separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second house has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a separate dining room and another bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms are open to the living room and are accessed via a wooden staircase. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Up to an occupancy of 4 people, only one house will be made available and from 5 people both houses will be made available. Up to two cars can park comfortably inside the property in the parking area. It is an ideal house for families, since the children have a lot of outdoor space to play and enjoy safely, as the pool area can be closed off. An ideal place to rest, relax and enjoy a quiet holiday, away from the large crowded tourist centers. Hikers and nature lovers will especially enjoy such a special environment!
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Enttäuschend

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder stimmen leider nicht mit der Realität überein. Beide Häuser haben unangenehm muffig und alt gerochen und es war nicht besonders sauber. Vor Benutzung haben wir das gesamte Geschirr und Besteck gespült. Die Kaffeemaschine im Haus 1 war defekt und der Satz "die Häuser seien mit allen Komfort ausgestattet" ist absolut falsch. Von Komfort fehlt wirklich jede Spur. Nur zusammengewürfeltes billiges Besteck und Geschirr, keine Spülmaschine, alte Handtücher.... sorry, aber mit Komfort hat das wenig gemeinsam. Das separate Esszimmer ist auch eher eine Kammer. Hier möchte man wirklich nicht essen. Wir hatten Glück und konnten immer draußen essen. Der Garten ist groß und schön, aber das ist auch das einzig Positive. Die Lage hoch oben am Berg ist auch nicht besonders schön und weit ab vom Ort. Man benötigt zwingend einen Wagen. Wir können die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
