There is a communal barbecue area on site, as well as a wood heated 35 m² lakeside sauna with a lounge area. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women simultaneously (it's not possible to book the sauna for private use). During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the sauna. Modern 45 m² holiday apartment in the popular Kasnäs area. There is a number of nice events to be held in the summer. For example, Siltajuoksu running event in June, the Kasnäs days in July, the sea days in August, etc. Small grocery store and possibility to rent a boat in Kasnäs guest harbor. There are several restaurants and summer cafés in the area and neighboring islands. Bjärkas Golf 18-hole par 3 course in Västanfjärd on island Kemiönsaari.
