Come and discover this beautiful vacation home in Provence. It is part of a villa with private pool, 17 km from Avignon.



Located on the Gard, on the outskirts of Vaucluse, the apartment is set on an enclosed and beautifully landscaped property reserved entirely for you. You will enjoy the pool area overlooking the vineyards, ideal for enjoying your dinners or aperitifs. The interior offers all the necessary comforts for a successful vacation. The owners, very discreet and helpful, live in the adjacent part and have two large friendly dogs.



Discover the fascinating city of Avignon with its Palais des Papes, its Pont Saint Bénézet, its gardens, its lively streets and its festival held every July.



For lovers of good wines, the magnificent village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 14 km away, and the wine route, a few minutes away, with its wine villages such as Gigondas or Rasteau, offer the opportunity to taste the classified wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône.



The region, rich in history, is full of ancient and medieval towns such as Uzès (34 km), the majestic Pont du Gard Romain (25 km), Orange or Mornas. You can also enjoy the banks of the Ardèche or the Gardon in St-Martin-d'Ardèche or Collias and take a cruise on the Rhône to Arles and Beaucaire. The magnificent Wave Island Aquatic Park and Spirou Park will delight children.

Très agréable
L'endroit est vraiment sympa et calme. C'est très joli et comfortable. C'est également très bien situé avec avec beaucoup d'activités possibles dans la région. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et serviables.

Super zentrale Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Auto und für ein paar sehr schöne Fahrrad-Touren. Vermieter-Ehepaar sehr freundlich und diskret aber immer da, wenn man etwas brauchte. Schöner Pool, den wir jeden Tag benutzten und gemütliche Sitzecke beim Pool. 2 Sitzpatz bei der Küche war leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Unterkunft würde ich für max. 2 Erwachsene Personenen mit max. 2 Kinder bis 12 Jahre empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’environnement de la maison est magnifique. La terrasse plus qu’agréable. Enfants comme parents peuvent profiter de la piscine. La gentillesse des propriétaires nous fera revenir Une semaine de vacances parfaite

Le logement n' est pas vraiment fidèle aux photos de l' annonce... le frigo extérieur est en panne, une odeur de renfermé dans les chambres, deux gros chiens (gentils mais non mentionnés dans le descriptif) et surtout le ménage très négligé à notre arrivée. Points positifs: la gentillesse de la propriétaire (qui a réagi rapidement face au manque de propreté du logement, la présence de la piscine, le calme de l'endroit.
