This wonderful holiday home is located in the valley of Sant Llorenç, in a very quiet location just six kilometers from Santa Eulalia.
The outdoor area extends over 20,000 m² and is home to more than 100 fruit trees. The house features a beautiful pool (7 m x 5 m) with terraces and is surrounded by a balustrade. There are both covered and open terraces ideal for sunbathing. A covered barbecue area with a dining area is located right next to the pool.
The house is very spacious and has a living space of approximately 180 m², spread over two levels. The lower floor features a large, open-plan living area with a dining table, plenty of chairs, a comfortable sofa, and an open-plan kitchen, which is fully and modernly equipped. The kitchen has a bar and is equipped with the latest appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a dishwasher. There's also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The upper floor features a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190), two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 190), and a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have direct access to a terrace.
The nearest beach is approximately seven kilometers away. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 1.3 kilometers away.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, a stereo system, a washing machine, and a dryer (both are located in the garage). There is also an extra bed (80 x 190 cm) for a seventh person. The house is fully air-conditioned. The rental price includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning.
