Schöne Wohnung (Darja09), mit toller Lage

Wir hatten WOHNUNG Darja09 in der 2.Etage. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Garage 07 etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig zum einparken, da Hinterhof sehr eng durch andere Autos. Tor (Grundstückseinfahrt) könnte ruhig per Funk geschaltet werden, da bei Ausfahrt am Hang und wenn man alleine ist, anhalten, aussteigen Schlüssel drehen und schnell wieder ins Auto, da Tor wieder automatisch schließt. Wohnung sehr geräumig, schöne Zimmeraufteilung, sehr hell und freundlich. Top Ausstattung. Top Küche, mit allem was man braucht. Alles wunderschön. Ein paar kleinere Mängel kann man sicherlich einfach und schnell abstellen. Dusche: Dichtlippe mal erneuern, da undicht. Beim Bett im "kleinen" SZ mit Balkon Lampenschirm von Bettleuchte erneuern, da fehlt. Balkontüren ruhig mal säubern, da man mittlerweile kaum rausschauen kann. Balkontüren von außen mit Griff zum zuziehen versehen, spart Heizkosten. Gartenstühle könnte man mit Auflagen für Rücken und Sitz versehen. Im Moment nur für Sitz vorhanden. Aber das sind nur Ideen oder Verbesserungsvorschläge. Beanstanden auf hohem Niveau, man kann sich auch ohne diese Dinge wohlfühlen. 2 Sachen, welche aber abgestellt werden sollten, was ich bei Abreise auch angesprochen habe. Linker Sonnenrollo im WZ Essecke defekt, fährt nicht richtig hoch und muss daher dauerhaft unten bleiben. Thema WLan: Kein Netz vorhanden. In der Wohnung Darja05 Erdgeschoss voll da. In der Wohnung Darja06 1.Etage noch zur Hälfte da. In unserer Wohnung Darja09 2.Etage gar nicht mehr auffindbar. In der Beschreibung steht: langsame Geschwindigkeit, oder Abbrüche können auftreten. Ist vollkommen okay, kennt man auch aus Hotelanlagen. Aber hier gab es gar keins. Das Netz wird gar nicht angezeigt. Daher entweder aus der Beschreibung entfernen oder das Signal aus den beiden anderen Wohnungen mit einem Repeater erweitern. Einfachste Lösung. Dann ist die Wohnung wirklich absolut perfekt und top. Und kann nur weiterempfohlen werden. Vielleicht wird ja der Corona Monat November, dafür genutzt um manches umzusetzen. Da ja nach uns erstmal keine Touristen kommen dürfen. Wir sind am 29.Oktober abgereist. An die Vermieter bzw. Verwaltung/Teams, bleibt bis dahin gesund und haltet durch. Bis zum nächsten Urlaub im neuen Jahr, wahrscheinlich wieder bei Euch. Danke. Vereist als Paar mit 15J, Tochter ende Oktober für 6 Nächte. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.
