Inside the house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a modern and equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a comfortable and bright air-conditioned living and dining room. The master bedroom also has a dressing room. A travel bed and a high chair are available upon request. There are 2 playgrounds nearby (one 100m and the other 300m away) and a gym is only 100m from the property. All kinds of sports activities are offered here. Only 200 m away there is a supermarket where you can buy fruit and vegetables from local farmers and fresh bread. If you travel with children, the best way to discover Cala d'Or is by the "mini train". This is a small tourist train that will take you through the area. There is also a public bus stop near the house.
