Centrally located in the city, the 74 m2, newly renovated holiday apartment "Apartamento Mirador" is located on the 18th floor of a high-rise building with elevator and offers more than just a fantastic view:

The apartment has a living room with panoramic glazing, a sofa bed for one person and a dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with counter, hob, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a pull-out bed for 2 persons, and a bathroom with tub and shower curtain, bidet and toilet and offers space for 5 persons. An extra bed for another person is possible on request and for a fee.

Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and a smart television are also part of the equipment.

Outside you can enjoy the view over the city to the sea from your partly covered balcony - at night the lights are a feast for the eyes!
All residents of the house have access to a communal pool area with 2 swimming pools including a children's pool. Simply ideal to take a refreshing bath after a walk through the city.

Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars and shops are located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment and can be reached quickly on foot. The train station of Torremolinos with connection to the airport of Málaga is only 700 m or 7 min walking distance. To the kilometre long, fine sandy beach it is a nice walk through the lively city of about 13 min (1,1 km).
The airport of Málaga can be reached quickly by car in 10 minutes (8 km).

Pets are not allowed. There is no parking space available.

*Pool is only opened during the summer months, from mid-May to mid-September.* Torremolinos offers the best conditions for a beach holiday: almost 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, hot summer months, miles of beaches, many leisure and shopping opportunities and a rich program for night owls leave nothing to be desired.
