This beautiful condo has a spectacular view to golf course and the lake. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with many upgrades. Upgrades include granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, new ceiling fans, new bathrooms with travertine tile, new vanities with granite top and brand new toilets. Tile flooring, new carpet in bedrooms, doors, trims and walls has new paint. A/C is cleaned and blows cool and fresh air. It also has a huge walk in closet.
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while enjoying the million dollar view to the golf course. The condition of this condo is after a total remodeling like new!
Your vacation condo also comes with a new leather sofa/love seat, dining table/chairs, queen size bed as well as two twin beds.
Flat screen TV with cable and WIFI for your convenience.
Location: shopping malls are less than 5 minutes from the condo as well as dining. Great location! Towntown with 5th Ave and Naples harbor is a five-minute drive and close to the beach too. Condo view to Pines Course hole 14. Please see YouTube video.

Golf: 36-hole facility with the Pines, an 18-hole par 70 course and The Palmetto, an 18-hole par 55 executive course. Tennis: 10 championship tennis courts and 4 bocce courts. Fees maybe subject to charge.

Great stay!

My wife and I rented this property for February, 2018. We are particular, and this condo was great! Gerry, the owner met us when we arrived. He took us to the Glades office to get checked in and get our member cards. He was very attentive. The condo was nicely remodeled and spotless. The location is superb for going to 5th Avenue and Old Naples. Very close. Very reasonable golfing and friendly people we played with. One golf course was closed for renovations but is about ready to reopen. We will definitely return when we visit Naples! Gerry the owner was great!

Updated condo with great location and view of golf course

Great condo. We really enjoyed our month there. Gerry was a great owner, and was quick to meet our every need. We have stayed at six other VRBO properties throughout the U.S., and this was the cleanest property by far. Everything has been updated. We saw other units in the Glades complex, which was built mostly in the early '70s. The best thing Gerry did was remove the kitchen pass-through window and replace it with a doorway. In the other units you would have to walk from the living room, down the hallway toward the entrance and then into the kitchen to get anything. The new entry way to the kitchen saved us many steps during our visit. Thanks, Gerry, for your forethought. Less than a mile away, within easy walking distance, is a great shopping center with two grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores, and a movie theater. Walmart and Home Depot are also a short 10-15 minute walk from the condo. Golf course was in great shape and most golfers walk (75% of them). Fees were $30-$40, depending upon time of day. We are especially going to miss Lucky's Market. They have $2.00 beers and $3.00 wine, part of what they call "sip and shop".

Refreshing Retreat Anytime of Year!

My husband and I enjoy the Florida sunshine and come to Naples each year. We stay in a condo at the Glades Golf and Country Club where we appreciate the golf privileges and a nearby pool. The condo owner, Gerry, is the best as he is only a phone call away for questions or concerns, making our stay very pleasant. We couldn’t ask for better service or a nicer host. The condo is well furnished and during our stay, we call it home. We like this location as it is easy to drive to shopping centers, movie theaters, Old Naples, lots of local and chain restaurants, putt-putt golf, the zoo and gardens, driving range, and of course the beaches at the famous Naples Pier, Marco Island or several other beach locations. We are looking forward to our return in upcoming years. We highly recommend this condo to travelers anytime of the year!!!

Excellent stay at The Glades Golf & Country Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was beautiful with lots of special touches that made our stay so great. We especially enjoyed the views of the golf course from our place. Such a nice spot to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather and the beautiful surroundings. It has easy access to downtown Naples. We would definitely love to stay here again. Excellent condo, perfect stay

Last year we spent two months in this condo and that was just great. So we decided to come back and stay for three months now. Again it was a perfect vacation, while in the Netherlands it was a cold winter. Our host Gerry did his utmost again to make our stay pleasant. All the appliances we needed were there. Great condo, great host!

My wife and I spent two months in this beautifull condo with a nice view over the golfcourse and the lake and just a few steps from the pool. Almost evrything we needed was there. Yet Gerry did his utmost to make our stay confortable and privided us with all the small items we needed. The equipment in the condo was of high standard. All the devices worked very well. This was the first time we stayed for a longer time in Florida. We love the weather in these months. We come from The Netherlands and it is very cold there right now. We did not have to think long when Gerry asked us if we had plans for nexr season. We almost immediatly booked for three months then. Summarizing: such a nice, clean and well equiped condo, with Gerry as a great host!

Great Condo with fantastic views

Stayed a month here in November and enjoyed my stay immensely! Then lanai overlooks golf green and gorgeous lake. Especially liked watching the wildlife which included bald eagles, otters, and many different water fowl. The unit is well very clean with new appliances. Centrally located and near many restaurants and shopping centers. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice summer days in a beautiful landscape

I spent a number of weeks in this apartment during July and August 2014. The apartment is located in the middle of a large golf course, and the look from the living room and bedroom is breathtaking. The apartment is on the second floor of a two level 4 apartment complex. It has been recently renovated and everything was clean and tidy. It takes only a few steps to a nice, well kept swimming pool where you can choose to get a tan in the sun or hide in the shadow of the palm trees. It takes about 7 minutes by car to get to the downtown beach, and about 2 minutes to get to the next big supermarket. If it wasn't that far away from Germany, I would buy the apartment. I think it is one of the best locations in the entire Glades country club. Gerry has been a reliable and helpful owner, responding promptly to any request. I would recommend this location to my best friends. Thanks, Gerry!

I have seen a lot of properties but this one has an amazing Million Dollar view. Plus the condo is only a few steps away from the very nice pool.
The Glades Golf & Country Club offers the cheapest golf in Naples. In order to get permission from the golf club to play golf/tennis as a seasonal tenant you have to stay at least for 30 days.
Tenants have to fill out an application form as well as a lease agreement. There is an application fee of $100 payable to The Glades Golf & Country Club.

Tenants November 1 through April 30 of each year will be charged a greens fee for The Pines Course of $50 per 18 hole round of golf before 11:15am / $40 after 11:30am and $25.00 per 9 hole round on the Pines Course and $30 for an 18 hole round on the Palmetto Course. Tenants are to be charged our reciprocal rate of $26 for The Pines and $15 for The Palmetto from May 1 through October 31 of each year. These fees may be subject to change.
