In the middle of nature, but also a few kilometres from the beach of Can Picafort, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca, you will find this beautiful villa with a pool and ping pong table.

The swimming pool (10m x 3m) with salt water takes centre stage, surrounded by green areas with lawn, 5 sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing and a refreshing swim on hot summer days. In addition, at the entrance of the house, there is a covered terrace, with a great barbecue and table for outdoor meals, and the fantastic ping pong table.

This impressive typical Mallorcan stone-walled house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by olive groves and almond blossom fields. The interior is decorated in a rustic and cosy style, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The structure of the house ensures that there is always a good temperature, although if you need it, there are 3 fans at your disposal.

The plot is completely fenced with private parking. In addition, you will find both bath and pool towels.

The owners of the finca are committed to sustainable tourism, so they have installed solar panels for their electricity consumption and recycle 100% of the waste. Furthermore, the finca is located in Santa Margalida, a quiet village, just 10 minutes' drive from Can Picafort, a lively coastal town with a stunning white sandy beach and crystal clear waters, as well as a wide variety of services, shops and leisure options.

Great villa with pool and large garden

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We were there with our two kids (5 and 7) and it was perfect for our needs. Lots of great outdoor space with good size swimming pool. House is also well furnished and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Also just 15 mins drive from stunning beach - Platja de Muro.

We had a wonderful vacation

The house is very comfortable: good beds, well equipped kitchen, large fridge with freezer. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. Everywhere there are beautiful terrace pots with succulents. The terrace is covered and very pleasant. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. Very quiet environment: you only hear the animals from the neighborhood: sheep, donkeys, birds. Fifteen minutes by car and you're in Can Picafort, where there are supermarkets. We were here to cycle. After a long ride, it was very nice to come back "home"! We were also happy with the washing machine. The owners are very friendly and correct.

Wir haben unsere Familienferien mit drei Teenagern (12,14 und 16) in vollen Zügen genossen

Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Eine richtige Oase. Der Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und einladend. Auch der Innenbereich war super für uns. Einfach gehslten aber alles vorhanden was es braucht. Die Finca ist authentisch eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an zu Hause. Better waren einfach aber mega bequem. Wir haben super geschlafen. Die Gastgeber, Juan und sein Vater waren immer für uns erreichbar uns sehr freundlich! Wir hatten für die 12 Tage ein Mietauto und haben damit die halbe Insel erkundet. Alles ist sehr einfach zu erreichen. Die nächste eEinkaufsmöglichkeit liegt ca 5 Minuten entfernt in Santa Margalida. Wir gaben unsere Einkäufe meistens in Can Picafort im Lidl oder Mercadona erledigt. Auch der Playa de Muro war gleich dort und es lohnt sich an diesen Strand zu gehen. Das Wasser ist traumhaft. Auch Alcudia ist von der Finca aus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wohlgefühl

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns im Haus wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Gerade weil sich die Location abseits befindet, konnten wir uns so richtig gut erholen. Unser Host war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher wieder und haben es schon weiterempfohlen.

Schöne Fonca mitten in der Natur

Die Lage ist toll auch wenn man 15-20 Minuten bis zum Strand braucht. In St. Margalida Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden ( Wochenmarkt, kleines Eroski Markt mit normalen Preisen) Dafür hat man absolute Ruhe fernab vom Massentourismus mit verschiedenen Tieren in der direkten Umgebung. Der Pool ist toll, groß genug zum Schwimmen, hochwertige Liegen. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist groß genug für diverse Aktivitäten ( Federball, Ball) Die Matratzen sind für unseren Geschmack zu weich, man sinkt ein.

Alles tiptop

Wir haben uns auf der wunderbaren Finca gleich wiezuhause gefühlt, Haus, Garten, Pool alles tiptop. Rundum ist es ruhig, ländlich und etwas abgelegen, mit einem Leihwagen ist man allerdings in ca. 12-15 Minuten in den nächst gelegenen Ortschaften Santa Margalida oder Can Picafort, wo es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw.Strand und Nachtleben gibt!

Einfach traumhaft!

Wer auf der Suche nach einem absolut schönen, sauberen und vollständig eingerichteten Zuhause auf Zeit ist, wird sich hier wohlfühlen! Wunderschön ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nur ca. 15 Minuten von C‘an Picafort entfernt, wird man sanft von den Tieren (Schafe, Esel) in der näheren Umgebung geweckt-Fensterladen auf und die fantastische Aussicht auf das Hinterland genießen! Der sehr große, langsam flach abfallende Pool hatte im August eine sehr angenehme Temperatur und wurde von den Eigentümern fast jeden zweiten Tag gründlich gereinigt. Somit war er stets sauber und mit top Wasserqualität! Überhaupt sind die Eigentümer ganz liebe Menschen! Bereits zum Empfang gab es ein sehr schönes Willkommenspräsent in Form von zwei Flaschen Wein und Olivenöl. Stets offen für einen Plausch haben sie uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und lokale Feste gegeben und waren mit ihrer Offenheit und Gastfreundschaft einfach super Gastgeber. Auch schön zu erleben, wie bemüht sie um das Haus und Grundstück sind und alles somit top in Schuss ist. Die Liegen am Pool und auch die Essgarnitur sind von hoher Qualität, so dass man auch gerne länger am Pool liegen oder am Tisch sitzen bleibt. Dass neben ausreichend Badhandtüchern auch noch Poolhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt Genauso wie vorhandene Kühlpacks, Tupperdosen und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sogar Sandspielzeug und diverse Luftmatratzen und ein paar Brettspiele sind vorhanden. Besonderes Highlight für unsere Kinder waren die zwei Landschildkröten, die im hinteren Garten wohnen. Alles in allem: wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, bei dem die Kinder (7 und 5) ebenso glücklich waren wie wir Eltern! 1000 Dank an Juan und seinen Vater!
