Perfect location
Lovely spacious apartment that provided everything a traveller needs in the heart of the old town. Host assisted us with parking close to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. On the plus side this apartment gives lovely views over Jesuitenplatz.

Verblijf bevindt zich midden in de Altstadt van Koblenz in een mooie klassieke omgeving. Het appartement zelf is groot, ruim, modern ingericht en comfortabel. Het bevindt zich op de derde verdieping van een oud pand en er is geen lift. Er is contact geweest met de eigenaar over de parkeerplaats, maar dit was even zoeken. Uiteindelijk gevonden en de auto stond er veilig achter slot en grendel.

Gem in Koblenz
Location was perfection, overlooking the charming town square. Spacious, clean, and with modern conveniences. Not only was this home perfect for our time in Koblenz, but I would stay there again next time I visit this charming area. The owner was gracious, kind, and very available. Situated above an ice cream shop owned by the apartment owner, it made getting in touch with him easy and convenient. Fond memories that made our stay in Koblenz even more special.

Sweet spot in Koblenz
Great host and exceptional location. Good size living-dining room. Kitchen is fairly well equipped but disorganized. Could use a better sink and faucet specially because there is no dishwasher. Nor is there a microwave oven. It’s a third floor walk-up. Apartment sleeps no more than 3 persons in comfort in two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels a bit old and tattered. We loved the location and had very good communication with our friendly host. The small things mentioned above could be easily updated.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Übernachtung mit Freundinnen. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir schnell an vielen interessanten Orten der Stadt. Sehr praktisch war auch das Angebot der Anmietung eines nahegelegenen Tiefgaragenstellplatzes. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Koblenzbesuch
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Koblenz. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Altstadt, direkt am Jesuitenplatz. Die Übergabe war pünktlich wie vereinbart und wir wurden persönlich zum gebuchten Parkplatz geleitet. Die Wohnung war im 3. Stock und dadurch im Wohnzimmer sehr hell und mit schöner Aussicht auf den Jesuitenplatz. Das Schlafzimmer war im hinteren Bereich und deshalb sehr ruhig. Trotz der eisigen Temperaturen hatten wir eine sehr warme Wohnung. Fußläufig sind sehr viele Gastronomiebetriebe zu erreichen und in unserer Reisezeit (Januar) war auch überall problemlos Platz zu bekommen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter Gianluca Brustolon für den freundlichen Empfang und die reibungslose Abwicklung. Franz und Brigitte

Kurztrip über Silvester
Das Objekt liegt tatsächlich mitten im Zentrum/Altstadt. Das Deutsche Eck und alle dazugehörigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso Gastro/Kneipen/Weihnachtsmarkt. Genau so war es um ein Parkhaus und 2 große Einkaufszentren bestellt. Ein Parkplatz konnten (und haben wir) vorab reserviert. Das lohnt sich. Vom Parkaus ist man selbst mit Gepäck in 2 Minuten an der Wohnung, die in der Fußgängerzone liegt und somit nicht direkt anfahrbar ist. Die Wohnung war modern, geräumig und sehr sauber. Uns eirunde sogar ein neuwertiges Kinderbett bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation via Email und Telefon war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn wir nochmals nach Koblenz reisen wären wir gerne erneut hier.

Optimale Ferienwohnung für ein Städtetrip!
Sehr zuvorkommender sowie freundlicher Vermieter. Gut ausgestatte Wohnung mit optimaler Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr naher Tiefgaragenplatz vom Vermieter unweit von der Wohnung. Günstige Position des Garagenplatzes, selbst für große SUV bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist super großzügig aufgeteilt und verfügt über alles, was man für ein Wochenende benötigt. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen innerhalb der Stadt. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein rundherum schönes Wochenende!

Nice clean appartment in city center
We had a very nice stay for a long weekend in the appartment. It was clean and the beds are good. It's situated in the middle of the city. You can do everything on foot.The parking garage in which the owners can reservate a place for you is quite near. The owners are very helpfull. Next time we would come back.

Altstadt Getaway
We loved our stay here. The location is perfect for what we needed. There are places to eat everywhere you go and the shopping is endless. Unless you have a lot of money the immediate area may not be the place for you to shop. Löhrstrasse is only a few minutes walk and the shopping there is endless, without vehicular traffic, and you can find real bargains there. The apartment itself is very spacious, the bed was comfy and having 2 bathrooms was great. There are a couple of things that would help improve your stay here. Blinds in the living room are a must. The brand new shower needs a track by the entrance to keep the water inside it's area because it runs out into the rest of the bathroom. Last I want to mention that laundromats like we are used to don't exist, so having a washing machine would be a huge benefit here. The nearest laundry facility is a 20 minute walk.
