Sehr gepflegte, saubere Wohnung. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Kann man nur weiterempehlen.

Belle terrasse mais loin de la plage

La pièce principale est spacieuse, le quartier calme et la cuisine bien équipée. Le lit est confortable. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. La terrasse est superbe. Mais le ménage laisse à désirer (l'intérieur des tiroirs est plein de poussière et le rangement dans les placards à revoir), la taie d'oreiller avait une tâche (j'ai utilisé celle de la chambre enfants), dans le forfait draps il n'y a avait pas de torchons ni de serviettes (c'était précisé qu'il fallait ramener ses serviettes mais pas les torchons, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour les personnes voyageant sans voiture), il n'y avait pas d'étendoir pour faire sécher les serviettes et maillot de bains, de parasol et un seul transat (pour 2 personnes), les 2 lits avaient été faits dans la chambre de couple alors que nous avions loué exprès un appartement avec 2 chambres pour avoir chacune notre chambre mais la 2ème est exiguë, l'appartement est à plus de 15 minutes à pied de la plage, le lieu de récupération des clés est 10-15 minutes à pied.

Ruhig und Ansprechend

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung mit einer guten Aufteilung. Der eine oder andere Einrichtungs Gegenstand sollte entfernt bzw. ersetzt werden. Es ist alles vorhanden. ( sogar ein guter und funktionstüchtiger Korkenzieher). Fazit: gerne wieder!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Matratzen waren OK, aber für uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist wohl eine sehr individuelle Ansicht. Ein Austausch eines defekten Leuchtmittels im Bad konnte nach unverzüglichem Rückruf des Eigentümers unkompliziert gelöst werden. Die falsch und wackelig sitzenden WC- Deckel will der Eigentümer in der kommenden Woche korrigieren. Leider konnten wir den Kamin nicht nutzen, da es Ende Oktober einfach zu warm war und die Fußbodenheizung - obwohl nur auf Stufe eins - sehr gut heizte. Das Reinigungspersonal ließ zu Wünschen übrig: der Staubsauger (Akku ohne Beutel) war völlig überfüllt, das Gäste- WC schien gar nicht gesäubert, lange Staubfäden in Zimmerecken und unten an den Möbeln, das Duschwasser lief schlecht ab aber nach dem Hausmittel Essig und Backpulver ging es besser und wir haben ein Haarsieb gekauft. Das Eisfach könnte mal abgetaut werden. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die es aber perfekt machen könnten. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen auch wegen des großen Gartens - Südseite - , ein Tritt (zwischen Schrank und Etagenbett) erleichtert das Herankommen an die oberen Küchenschränke, viele Gesellschaftsspiele im Wohnzimmerschrank, sehr großes TV. Bei ruhiger Lage ist man sehr schnell fußläufig im Zentrum, am Strand und am Hafen. Zingst war wie immer wunderschön. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage zu Bodden und zum Strand ist sehr gut. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort der einen gelungenen Urlaub garantiert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief komplikationslos.

Schöne Unterkunft für kleine Familien

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Handtücher mussten leider mitgebracht werden, aber dafür super Ausstattung wie zB. Grill oder Spielsachen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung und Lage auf Zingst gut. Aber leider fehlt so einiges, zB. Keine Beschreibung, was ( vor allem Müll ) abzuladen ist Wo steht die Waschmaschine Senderliste Fernseher Liste von Gaststätten oder Restaurants. Gut hingegen Fußbodenheizung , tolle und ruhige Lage, nur 10 Min. vom Zentrum, kleine Vorräte von Kaffee, nebst Tüten, Zucker , Salz usw.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liegt sehr zentral. Bis zur Ostsee ca. 1000m und zum Bodden etwas kürzer. Alles gut zu erreichen.

Urlaub in Deutschland

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Riesen-Smart TV für Entspannung nach einem Strandtag. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem mittendrin. In 10 Gehminuten an der Seebrücke, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung, vor allem die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig nah am Hafen und Bodden. Die Ostsee liegt am anderen Ende des Ortes aber fußläufig gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auf der Terasse lässt es sich gut entspannen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung auch im Winter

Die Fereinwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so in der Küche braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Sie ist jedoch nicht geeignet für 4 Erwachsene, da das Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagen Bett sehr klein ist und alles sehr eng . Man steht auf und steht gleich an der Wand. Leider ist das Bad in keinem guten Zustand, da die Dusche mit Schimmel befallen ist. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnah.
