Beautifully appointed, 1400 sq. ft. luxury condominium, with secure two car garage. The beach, retail shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.

The gourmet kitchen is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances, Keurig K*Elite Coffee Maker and a Dacor range and wine fridge. The kitchen is part of a custom open-plan design that includes the living and dining area. The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending granite countertops and tile flooring with stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinets. The social space encourages casual interaction, and is great for entertaining or relaxing.

Three beautiful balconies with great views.

There are two large bedrooms. Master suite includes King size bed, fireplace, large flat screen TV, and balcony with perfect morning and early afternoon sun. Great for morning coffee and reading! Master bath has huge, two-headed his & hers walk-in showers, granite countertops, his and her sinks and beautiful tile. Second bedroom has comfy queen bed, flat screen TV, and separate bath with walk-in shower, and granite countertops.

Condo is 1/2 block from the beach with beautiful ocean view.

Oasis!

We stayed here on Christmas 2024, for 3 nights. It was a home away from home for us. Beautiful! You can't find a better location in Avila - 1 block from the beach. Check in is very easy and very good instructions. We will stay again!

We felt well cared-for!

This gorgeous owner-managed home was the perfect long weekend getaway! Every part of the home is curated for guest comfort, from the restful mattresses and solid walls to the kitchen drawer with flashlights, batteries, and first aid items, to the beach toys in the garage. You can see the ocean from the little balcony or walk the one tiny block to get your feet in the sand. The place was immaculate, well-appointed, and homey. I want to stay here every time I visit Avila Beach!

Wonderfully maintained property with easy access to the beach and shops. Kitchen has everything you need and there is lots of room for a two bedroom condo-and having your own garage is key for Avila, as street parking goes fast-we will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

This property is so amazing! The location is perfect for walking everywhere and especially the kids. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking! Beach toys and chairs were a plus. I was worried about the garage with the other reviews but my expedition(not extended) fit in it, such a plus to not have to deal with parking! Excellent property, we will be back again!

We love this condo. It is our preferred place to stay. Steps to the beach. We love the chairs, umbrella, etc. in the garage so we don’t have to travel with them. The kitchen has everything you need and the house is clean and easy to live in.

Short Spring Break Visit

The location of the condo is fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked and like new for cooking which our family greatly appreciated. The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Avila property!

This was our 2nd time staying at this wonderful property. Very clean. Great to have a garage (even though our Suburban didn’t fit). Location is just steps to the beach. The property also has beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. Leslie is very easy to communicate with. I assume I’ll be writing another review a year from now…we’ll be back.

Great beach house in a great beach town

My small family had a wonderful time in Avila. The house was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed the fireplaces since we went in December. It was also nice to have an attached two car garage. We plan on booking again.

Good but needs a few fixes and better maintenance

Pros: On the beach Spacious Well-organized Cons: The mattress in the MBR needs replacement; too soft, killed my lower back The shower faucets in the MBH require plyers to turn on, it's impossible to turn on with just your hands; the stream is way too weak; the whole system needs urgent replacement as it's very old and totally non-operational. Some lights and batteries were dead. Better maintenance is required.

Everything you need

We stayed at the property for thanksgiving. It had everything we needed, well appointed kitchen with lots of space for cooking. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and shops/restaurants. The off street, in garage parking was very convenient. The condo had all the amenities and more. It was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend a stay here!
