Great location and nice property

Right on the beach! Love the activity on the ocean walk. Accomodation had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. Washer machine also came in handy. We could tell condo had upgraded in recent years. Great 9 day Holiday

Top Appartment, näher ans Meer geht nicht ! ! !

Von der Reservierung bis zur Anreise super abgewickelt. Im Vorfeld sehr detaillierte Fotobeschreibung zum Auffinden der Schlüssel, des Parkplatzes (den sollte man unbedingt reservieren, weil Parkplätze außerhalb rar sind) und des Appartment erhalten. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit. Die Lage und der der Ausblick sind einzigartig. Wirklich gute Restaurants sind innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Eine 5SternePlus-Bewertung hätten wir abgegeben, wenn Strandtücher vorhanden gewesen wären :) Sollten wir Calpe nochmals bereisen, würden wir dieses Appartment auf jeden Fall erneut anmieten. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Perfekter Ort am Meer

Das Urlaubsdomizil liegt direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alles. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Calpe kommen, dann nur in diese Wohnung.

Prachtig appartement op een mooie plek

Geweldig verblijf, appartement schoon en zeer compleet met een prachtige ligging direct aan het strand. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!!

Es war einfach super. Die Realität hat die Beschreibung bei weitem übertroffen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und klar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gfühlt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben umfassend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand und wenigen Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, zudem war die Vermieterin Frau Vetter-Gania jederzeit äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Prima Appartement met fantastisch uitzicht op zee.

Een fijn en compleet appartement op een prima locatie. Het inchecken werd gedaan met ondersteuning van een filmpje welke helaas niet 100% accuraat/up to date was, de toegang tot de parkeerplaats was anders dan in het filmpje werd getoond. 's Morgens en in de late september middag was het prima toeven op het balkon. De advertentie komt overeen met de werkelijkheid en de verhuurster Sybille reageert snel indien er vragen zijn. Een map met allerlei relevante info was echter niet aanwezig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Diese Wohnung ist einfach wunderbar! Wir haben hier 3 Wochen im Winter verbracht. Die Lage, Ausstattung und Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist ausgezeichnet. Der Südbalkon bietet herrliche Wärme und Sonnenstunden von früh bis spät. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. El apartamento estaba impecable. Aunque el edificio no es nuevo , el apartamento esta totalmente renovado. La cocina muy bien equipada. A mejorar la TV no tienen canales en español, no hemos podido disfrutar de ella por estar todos en alemán. La ubicación como se ve en las fotos es inmejorable, una tercera planta a pie de paseo.

Excelente Apartamento

Excelente apartamento con una ubicación inmejorable frente al mar. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas en la zona. La propietaria fue muy amable y nos facilitó plaza de parking. Ideal para disfrutar de la playa en familia.

Perfect location, good value, well-equipped, very clean😁

We rented this appartment for 6 weeks and it was just perfect for us, a couple with a small dog. All communication with Sybille was excellent; she was always quick to respond and using WhatsApp worked well as English is not her first language. The appartment was exactly as advertised; comfortable beds, good living space and a well-equipped kitchen. It was in a very good condition but even so, she is planning further upgrades this year to the shower and sofa. The appartment was extremely clean. The appartment is on the front line so the terrace overlooks the beach. You have sunshine all day. Some people have criticised the lack of English or French tv but we didn't need it. The appartment is 1 minutes walk away from bars & restaurants, 5 minutes to a large supermarket and the old town . Definitely recommended. We'll be back next year.

Beautiful apartment & Fantastic View

Lovely apartment very clean and well fitted out, and all the equipment necessary for a holiday. The view is terrific, overlooking the beach, we spent many evenings just watching everything going on below. Great location on top of some sea front restaurants and bars and a short walk up to the old town. Sybille was a good helpful host, even very quickly replacing some broken beach chairs. Great place would come again.

VUE MAGNIFIQUE

Très bon accueil, très belle vue, appartement sympa et bien équipé (douche à revoir vétuste et mauvais écoulement), bruyant de part la vétusté de l'immeuble et mauvaise insonorisation, la propriétaire ne parle pas français, pour la TV pas de chaines françaises à part la 9....car pas de décodeur gênant quand on y passe 1 mois. Mais à part ça je recommande cet appart bien situé, belles promenades à faire et aussi "les pieds dans l'eau" pour ainsi dire.

Zum 3.Mal ein Traumurlaub

Wir sind dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal hintereinander bei Frau Vetter-Gania zu Gast und es war wie immer grandios,anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Die Wohnung,die Ausstattung,Ausblick und die Lage sind einfach unschlagbar. Wir fühlen uns hier wie zu Hause und möchten nicht mehr weg. Frau Vetter kümmert sich immer von Anfang an super um alles und steht bei Rückfragen immer zu Verfügung. Ein Urlaub in Calpe ist schon super aber in der Wohnung in 1.Strandlage einfach nur überragend. Nach baldiger Rücksprache mit Frau Vetter werden wir definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder herkommen. Dann noch ein herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Fam. Daub

Très bien

Nous avons passé de super vacances ! Appartement génial,rien à dire,il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Vue splendide direct sur la plage, nous pouvions laisser allez nos filles de 12 ans aller se baigner,et les voir du balcon ! Je vous conseille de prendre la place de parking,car en Août dur de se garer... Et la fourrière tourne beaucoup 🙄 je conseille aussi d'aller vers la vielle ville, superbe et surtout pour ses petits Resto sympa et bien moins cher qu'au bord de mer....vous avez également tout sur place,commerce etc.... Voilà nous reviendrons ! Christelle,Frédéric et Lea de Pau 👍☺️
