This fabulous villa with pool will not leave you indifferent. Fenced closed courtyard, terrace with pool, barbecue area, free parking and WiFi is what makes this house attractive to many guests. The house includes three modern and comfortable apartments ideal for family groups. Each apartment has an air conditioning in living room, TV/SAT, WiFi, well equipped kitchen, bed sheets and towels. The owners also live in the house. Pets are not allowed.
This second floor apartment can accommodate six people. With its 140 m², size, the apartment offers: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. All three bedrooms have a double bed and are air conditioned. One bathroom has a shower cabin and the other one a bath tub. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
NOTE: Apartment is not suitable for youth groups. A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. Swimming pool can be used 9 - 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.
