In El Palmar, famous for its miles of sandy beach, Casa El Palmar 1 is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and can accommodate 4 people. The modern, luxuriously furnished holiday home has a living-dining area with integrated, very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Further equipment includes Wi-Fi, a television and fans. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area with a well-kept garden, a covered, furnished terrace and a barbecue area as well as a private pool and an outdoor shower, which ensure relaxing holidays. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The beach is only 250 m away.
