Your holiday apartment offers simple but functional accommodation for a relaxing holiday near the sea. Inside, you will find practical furnishings with everything you need for everyday life. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a small kitchenette, a dining table and a sofa. There is plenty of space for shared meals or cosy evenings with a glass of wine.



Spend your time outdoors on the spacious balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the fresh air or round off the day with a relaxed evening meal. The apartment is located in an apartment block with a shared garden area.



Take long walks on the beach, which is just a few minutes' walk away. Cycling tours through the picturesque Po Delta are also an option. A visit to the botanical garden of Porto Caleri or the observation tower at the mouth of the Adige is well worthwhile for nature lovers. The nearby towns offer shopping and leisure facilities as well as restaurants serving regional specialities.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
