Our generous and luxurious vacation villa with approximately 2100 sqf is located in a quiet part of SouthWest Cape Coral, directly at Lake Serenade.
Lake Serenade is a small idyllic freshwater lake with direct access to multiple freshwater canals and a couple of more lakes, kayaks are provided!
The generous and bright living room is furnished with high quality and comes with a 65" 4K TV, DVD-player, Blu-Ray-player, Sony PS4 (German version) and a bluetooth hi-fi system.
Large sliding doors lead you directly to the lanai and pool area.
The open American kitchen is fully equipped and comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an additional counter with barstools.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the tropical breakfast nook with a direct view over the pool and the lake. That will give your Florida day a perfect start.
A stylishly furnished formal dining room for 6 is available in case you do not like to dine outdoors some day.
In the game room you will find a poolbillard-and airhockey-table .
A very spacious mastersuite equipped with a kingsize bed and masterbath en-suite as well as two attractive guest bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and another with a queenside bed), which share a second bathroom with direct access to the pool, complete the large amount of space.
High speed internet (WLAN) is available all around the house.
The pool is solar heated and comes with an additional electrical heater and LED-lights in color. The Lanai and the pool area is equipped with sunbeds, sunshade and seating furniture. Western Exposure!
A "Weber-Gasgrill" let you work magic the perfect steak.
A lot of shopping possibilities (Walmart, Publix, Aldi etc.) as well as very good restaurants are situated nearby.
