Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable villa "Villa Toscana", 3 storeys. In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 380 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, pergola, barbecue house, roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 650 m, bar, café 550 m, bus stop 2.8 km, railway station 2.8 km, ferry 4.4 km, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
