Our beautiful units are located at The Summit Condominiums on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. This full scale resort complex sits on the beach and each unit enjoys a luxurious view of the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful snow-white sands and deep turquoise-blue water.

Our condo unit is on the 3rd floor. Take the elevator or enjoy the easy walk up from ground level. Our unit sleeps 5 easily and includes 1+ bedroom, 1.5 bath, with a master bedroom, a set of bunk beds off the hallway, and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Twenty-four-hour, security, guard gate for your protection.

These units have all the upgrades. Nice and clean! Recently remodeled! Prices for rent are of great value and one of the most affordable on Panama City Beach and at the Summit!

Each unit features a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The dining area includes table and chairs and a breakfast bar and stools. These units include a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

The living area includes sofa, chair, end tables, lamps, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Nice master bedroom (either king or two full beds available) with TV and master bath. The living and dining area lead out onto the balcony which over-looks the two-large swimming pools, two kiddie pools, and the crystal blue waters of the beach.

Enjoy many on-site amenities: two extra large swimming pools, two kiddie pools, tiki pool bar, Lunch and Dinner Bar and Grille, Ice Cream Shop, and Internet Cafe, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, complete exercise room, two saunas, game room with pool table, tennis courts, shuffle board, outdoor grilles, bench swings, picnic area, playground on the beach, and a full-service beach with jet-skiing, para-sailing, and sailing.

Located close to great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from the Summit, Signal Hill Golf Course and two exciting beach clubs: 'Spinnaker's' and 'La Vela's'! Nearby family entertainment includes water theme, amusement, and public parks. Best fishing on the Gulf.

Clean unit

The unit was clean and great location. However, we had issues with the bedroom tv and the dishwasher will not turn on. Besides those, we loved the unit.

The place was amazing ! The kids enjoyed their stay as well as the adults. The pictures are exactly as posted expect it actually a little more spacious. Great experience overall . Will definitely be returning. 10/10

Great place.

Great place to stay, comfortable condo has everything you need. With a family of 6 it was a bit tight and hard to get ready sometimes with only one shower. The dryer I don’t know if it was user error but it wouldnt dry past a couple min. Overall it was a very nice clean place plenty of things to use to cook with. Nice king bed in the room and bunk beds and also the couch bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summit Snowbirds

Four Star condo service communication was great to work with. Our condo overlooked the pool. Great location. Next to the elevator. The Condo was fully stocked with plenty of linens and the king bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Summit in past posts get a bad wrap. We loved it here. We have been snowbirds in PCB for 5 years at different properties but enjoyed this the best. Heated pool. Great job by the grounds keepers, maintenance to always have this place looking clean. Steps away from the white powder sand along the emerald coast. Four Star condo service is a great company to work with. Thanks again for the memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great! The elevator situation at the summit was absolutely awful! We had to take the stairs the entire time of our stay! It was more of a “party” environment and that was fun! We enjoyed the karaoke nights and the movie by the pool.

Wifi was out the entire time & the tv didn’t work. Had issues at check in & called several times with no answer. Silverware was dirty. Toilets had issues, maintenance had to come. Found out AFTER check in that the dryer did not work. The Summit itself was amazing!! The view was perfect. I would go back but not stay in this room.

Clean property in good location.

The property security and cleanliness were on point. There was ALWAYS someone somewhere watching the entry ways and/or cleaning maintaining the property. The condo was nice with all main essentials. A little TLC would go a long way, but we really didnt have any compaints. The location is within a lot of activities and restaurants. The ad mentions spinnackers and club le vala. They have been closed for years, and when/if they re-open spunds questionable. I was not disappointed with their closures, as the complex was mostly adults with families or respectful spring breakers. Id go back!

Checked in Saturday night. Called Sunday, Monday and Wednesday before someone spoke to us about broken toilet and broke stove. Still trying to get refund that was promised on 5/12.

Paradise in a condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a big family and we were all very comfortable in the spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and overlooking both the pool and beach we were able to sit inside while our toddler napped and still watch our older children make memories. They have a really neat chest that you can leave toys or take a toy or floaty so you don't have to buy one. We had a huge floaty I was trying to blow up and a staff member greets me and shows me to an air machine and offers to blow it up for me!! Staff and other guests were friendly and we will definitely be back again!!!

Summit resort condo unit 319

One of toilet wasn’t work. 2 of stove ranges wasn’t work. In the restroom deposits of moisture that are not healthy at all. they even have some cockroaches in the restrooms. What is not good at all. Vacation in first half of July 2022.

I am very pleased with both and will continue to use them. This specific room was great (compared to others at the Summit) the owners had generously stocked their kitchen with pots, pans, etc. It makes me angry when I rent a unit with a kitchen and it is empty, but these people were GREAT! Unique features about the property is that it has a restaurant on site, and one next door. I buy a few items to cook in room and never leave the beach. Another great feature is that 99 percent of units have 2 full beds and 2 twin beds

Condo #319 is nasty!!

Summit Condo 319 was gross and old. The toilet had a note that it didn’t work. The shower looked disgusting. Something red on bed skirt maybe blood, not sure. The couch and chair looked to have bodily fluid on it. Shelving in closet was rusted. 2 out of 4 chairs on balcony were broke and should have been in the trash , they were usable. Living room tv - the roku was unable to work. Hairdryer only worked on high speed. It was such a horrible experience, we left a night early to go home. I would never book this condo again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air filter was terribly nasty. Maintenance was surprised how dirty it was. Light bulbs were blown. Cockroaches were in the bathroom, as well as, all over the property. At least six were seen (two being in the unit itself). Spare pillows were stained and gross. Sliding door between restrooms would not lock. Front door had to been slammed to close it. Outlets in the master bathroom and the glass mirror in living room are loose and not safe. Property itself is nice and secure. Pools and hot tubs are great. Convenient to ocean and beach.

Overall pleased

The pictures and description are great! The view, proximity to ocean and amenities were why we booked this condo and did not disappoint…. One pool Was warmer than the other (on purpose), hot tubs were great.tiki bar was expensive (but super busy all the time) but we got some treats at bikini bobs. Elevators were horrible! There appeared to be a company working there all week. We never used them ONCE as this unit is on 3rd floor. The blender was broken but previous renters reported so they called to see if we wanted replaced. The condo itself could use some maintenance and updates. A couple fixed light fixtures were ANCIENT. Tile in shower had mildew and tub surround had some mildew on ceiling….: Beds were comfortable: Roku TVs were wonderful but internet was in and out (not good for March madness finals I think just because of internet overload ) Summit did an EXCELLENT job of security control! They had people visibly watching for teens/ drunk & disorderly and someone by the beach gate watching balconies every night. Was very safe and secure and they had well managed grounds!!!! Would stay here again!!!

Only one bathroom

We checked in 7/29/2022 went great. Check in was fast room nice. Used main toilet and no flush. Called four star mantence made my report. George called and then came out 7/30/2022 Sat. Worked on it. Still not fixed was supposed to come out next day to snake line. Wrapped Tolliet so no one would use. I called everyday until 8/4/2022 cause no one ever came back was told everyday some will be there next day. We would use outside Tolliet a lot during day cause didn’t want to be using other Tolliet and someone show up told them about it didn’t seem to care about that. All they had to do is say sorry Tolliet hasent worked from reviews it wasn’t working in June. Said Tolliet was replace great but still didn’t flush. I was even told it was a slow flushing Tolliet I said it is a no flushing Tolliet. So the final review point is don’t lie to your people staying things would of been great. We would of been more comfortable other than than we had a great time. Remember don’t lie.

The Summit at PCB

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting the room was a breeze! When we got there it looked really crowed which was expected. It was difficult to get a luggage carrier and the elevator’s is a nightmare to wait on! You will be in a line at least 4 to five minutes if not longer! The luggage carrier would not fit in the door of the room so you had to block the walk way to unload your belongings! The room looked clean but once we unloaded and looked around we found mold under the pull out couch/bed, mold in the bathroom above shower which looked like it was just painted over, one of the toilets didn’t want to flush and to top it off the washer/dryer did work! Had to call maintenance to come look at it! Got told that the wiring has to be replaced so they are sending out an electrician for it to be fixed. It took till the next day for him to come out and it took over a half a day to fix. I had to call customer service to see when he was coming and to tell them that we had no towels or wash cloths to shower. They said we could use the coin washer and dryer on the property to wash. I told her it was very inconvenient to spend my vacation time at a laundry place! So I asked if they could bring me more towels and wash cloths and they said they would have to ask the manager in which they called told us that they would bring it to us but it would be after 5 o’clock. waited till almost 8 o’clock no towels ( they lied and did not bring us towels). Had to call the owner of the p property so he was trying to get in contact with his four-star service that was supposed to bring them. But He had to bring them himself because he couldn’t get ahold of anybody to bring them! The owner was really nice and apologized! So no more staying at the summit!
