Staying at Coastal Penthouse is an escape to the extraordinary! Take in the expansive views from your wraparound private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the front, and of the Intracoastal waterway from a private balcony in the rear. Located in the quaint town of Indian Shores on a rare section of beach called The Narrows. Imagine waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, and looking out the slider from your bedroom and watching the dolphins splash away! Coastal Penthouse has undergone a complete renovation, and features all new tile flooring throughout. The posh bathrooms boast hand-built custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and custom built acrylic showers framed with European glass. Find yourself at home in a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, finished off with stainless appliances. The bedrooms have been furnished with a coastal flair, and new mattresses and bedding await you at the end after a relaxing day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and utensils for you to scratch that culinary itch, or you can head down to the grills down by the beach and cook your dinner over an open flame. There's also Tiki Huts with picnic tables for you to enjoy your meal right on the beach! And of course, if you prefer to dine out, there is an endless variety of amazing restaurants to choose from nearby. There is a laundry room inside the unit with a washer and dryer, complete with detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board. The SeaGate condos also have a heated pool for you to lay out at, or if you prefer to put your toes in the white sand, the beach is right outside your door. The unit also has a beach closet that includes everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach.
BEDROOM SETUP- The Master suite has a king size bed and a 32" HDTV with built-in DVD player. It also has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a 32" HDTV with DVD player, It also has an ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a 28" HDTV with built-in DVD player. This bedroom shares a bath with bedroom 2.

This is the place!

Amazing Location

Beautiful location on the beach. Property is just as shown. Lots of little extras in the unit such as snacks on arrival and adorable towel animals. Closet has everything needed for the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place with stunning views

The property was beautiful. We had a relaxing week enjoying the condo, sitting on the deck taking in the view and even saw dolphins almost every day! We really enjoyed the supply closet full of everything you need for a great day on the beach. Seriously, all you need to pack is clothes, everything else is provided. We had a relaxing week and I would highly recommend this property for families or a getaway with friends!

A Wonderful Week with Family

A very enjoyable stay, property was in beautiful condition- and the patio areas had amazing views of both beach and the inter coast area as well. Beds were so comfortable in all the rooms. The available beach chairs and equipment was an excellent amenity for our family. Hope to be back soon!!

A Spectacular Week

We absolutely loved our week here. It comes completely as advertised, fully renovated, fully stocked, no surprises. Walking distance to the Salt Rock, Indian Shores Coffee, and of course Mahuffers. Oh those sunsets!

Very nice condo in a wonderful location. Would definitely rent this condo again! Our family of five had plenty of space. Decorated nicely! Great beach location. Large wrap around deck included sufficient seating for all of us.

Hurricane Debby

We were there during Hurricane Debby so we saw a Gamit of situations. The condo held strong and provided all the comfort and safety one could ask for. We had great communication with our host, Tanya. She made sure we were well taken care of. We have stayed in this building many times; however, this was the best condo we have stayed in from a cleanliness standpoint, with well-appointed furnishings and well-stocked amenities. Would highly recommend it!

Even better than expected!

I stayed at this property with my family and 2 young kids and we absolutely loved it! The condo surpassed our expectations as far as cleanliness, decor, and being FULLY stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed for a week at the beach, which we’ve never encountered in a condo before. Tanya was also amazing at responding to any questions we had quickly and courteously, which was greatly appreciated! We were also super impressed with Indian Shores itself - it was the perfect mix of quaint and not overly crowded, but we still had plenty to do besides the beach when we wanted to. Everyone in our group from our school age kids to grandparents loved this trip!

Family get away

Loved the condo! The location is spectacular. We’ll stocked with beach toys, chairs etc. would consider having a pack and play. We had a 1 year old grandchild it would have been great to have but not a deal breaker. Thank you for sharing your home! Will definitely consider staying here again.

Outstanding Condo

This was my third year renting at Sea Gate and this condo was my favorite so far. Very spacious, clean, updated, well stocked and the balcony is fabulous. Perfect location in Indian Shores. The elevator in the building could use some updating, it broke down twice during our week, but I still rate 501 five stars. Excellent condo!

I’ve been going on a “girl’s” beach trip for almost 30 years. This condo was the cleanest rental ever! We had our own beach chairs but next time I will not mess with bringing. The beach closet had everything you could need for a spot on the beach! We added some spices to the cabinet although there were several options. I can’t say it lacked for anything. Perfect spot on the beach and walked to one of our favorite restaurants (Salt Rock Grill). Great location. We will return!

Lovely top floor corner unit.

We had a great stay in this lovely top floor corner unit. Very clean and updated. Walk in showers great for my elderly parents. Well stocked with tons of beach chairs and toys. We’ve been going to the Gulf Coast for 10 years now and this is the best condo we’ve had. Tonya was very responsive to our communications; she is even shipping back some clothes we left by mistake! Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back.

The condo was just as pictured, which normally isn’t the case. We were a family of six adults and all had plenty of space and adequate beds. We were pleased with the amount of items provided at the condo; when it says to just pack your swimsuit, that’s literally true other than buying any necessary grocery items. The condo is just as pictured I wish I could share the flowery smell that greats you when you walk in. It is full stocked with everything you need, literally! I honestly can go on and on but this is a must rent and see for you self. Hostess was always available however we never had an issue. We definitely will book the one again in our future.

Stunning property with everything you need.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It is beautifully decorated, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and there is everything you need. Just pack your clothes and pick up a few groceries, then enjoy your stay! The views from the balcony are amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset every night. You can walk for miles on the hard packed sandy beach - get your steps in while nourishing your soul. The owner is very communicative and easy to work with. We highly recommend this rental!

You Cannot Stay Anywhere Nicer!

This. Is. The. Best. Condo. On. The. Beach. Period. I never thought I would find a condo that was nicer than my own home, but this one was. From the motion lights on the floor, to the crate and barrel dishes, this condo has it all. There's not one thing I would change about this place. Tanya was super easy to deal with and even mailed back clothing we left in the dryer. We will definitely stay here again.

Best Condo Ever!!!

Ok, so I could hardly wait to review this condo because it is so great! We have stayed in many condos in the area and they have all been great, but this condo is like staying in a 4 star hotel! The décor is exactly my style-bright, airy, high quality finishes and furnishings. The location is perfect-just across the street from our favorite restaurant the Salt Rock Grill, and in a quiet stretch of Indian Shores. The condo is a 5 story and this is the top floor with a wraparound balcony, so you have direct beach front view and a bonus of the intercoastal from the wraparound. Everything you need is here-beach towels, paper products, cards and games, beach chairs and towels, even coffee and some basic seasonings! The owners have really gone out of their way to make a relaxing and comfortable condo for us!! You will not regret booking this condo-but hurry once the reviews start coming in they will be booked solid!! Thanks for a great stay-God Bless!

A little slice of Heaven on Earth for a restful dose of Vitamin Sea!

Our stay in the Sea Gate corner penthouse was nothing short of spectacular! The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and very-well appointed with everything we needed for an incredible week on the beach. Not only is the place immaculately maintained, the owners go “above and beyond” to assure you want for nothing. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the cooking supplies anyone could possibly need; the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc and also with baskets full of body wash, shampoos, hydrogen peroxide, aloe, etc; the beach supply closet has floats, sunscreen, easy up tent, umbrellas and plenty of chairs along with floats, toys, beach towels and more! The owners are responsive and professional and the instructions for checking in and out are clear and easy to follow. Our sentiments are clearly felt by others as documented in the “guest book” left by the owners to allow all who visit to share their experiences. And share they have done, in fact, for many years! We truly couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to visit again someday for our annual dose of “vitamin sea.”

The Absolute BEST Home Away From Home

Tanya, Thank you, thank you, thank you! The vacation home you've created exceeded our expectations far and wide. It was the best stocked unit we have ever rented and we use VRBO regularly. From the quality furnishings, paper products and miscellaneous supplies, to beach towels, chairs and equipment, we truly could not have asked for more. After very full days on the gorgeous beach, we all slept like babies with the comfortable mattresses, linens and pillows. I loved the pillows so much that I ordered them from Amazon on day three and they were delivered to my home before I even returned; one small way to keep the memory of a great vacation going. Renting 4 different units at Sea Gate provided a fantastic location for our 3 generation family of 21 people from Atlanta, NC, OH and the UAE to experience an unforgettable week in Indian Shores. The beach is clean and not overly crowded, the water is warm and the sunsets are beautiful! Tanya, Unit 501 was absolutely the best!! Thank you for the prompt attention you offered to a very minor handyman issue. A+, 10/10, 5 STARS!!! Sincerely, The Shives Family
