The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate eight people. The living room on the ground floor provides a fireplace, two sofa beds, an armchair and satellite TV. Next to it there is the open kitchen space with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms on this floor are furnished with a double bed and two single beds respectively and each have a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and heating are available, as well as wireless Internet access. A washing machine is available.

Within a radius of 500 metres you can find grocery shops and restaurants. It is 20 minutes by car to the town Rethymon with a harbour and a large centre. It is the same distance to the many beaches, or you can visit the towns Heraklion, Chania or Sitia.
